Nice clean hotel

Cons: To be nit picky, the outside of the back door could be spruced up a little. When the clerk told me I could park in the back, the door was dirty.
I needed a hotel close to my dog breeder. She recommended it, and it was perfect. Room was very clean, and well appointed with microwave, refrigerator, plenty of towels, etc. Nice and quiet, even though it was close to the highway. There is some construction going on next door, but it did not start until 8am. The breakfast was better than I would have expected. Nice scrambled eggs, Bacon, sausage, good coffee. The breakfast room is sunny with big windows. I travel to NYC all the time, and am used to mediocre hotels, not so clean, with so so breakfasts. And at so much more money. The staff was friendly, and as a woman traveling alone felt very safe. Close to the Wegmans Flagship store, so I was able to get fantastic to-go food for dinner. I would stay there again.

everyone there were very helpful and friendly. the breakfast was good. the room was clean. will definitely staying again if come to this part of the world

Pros: Staff, Cleanliness, Quite atmosphere, Inexpensive
Cons: Continental breakfast is a little blah. The day the back and fresh eggs are serviced its the best. Bacon should be daily
Everything was clean and as expected. Friendly check in and clean location. Room was clean and free of odor.

great location for downtown trips

Pros: clean and quiet
perfect price and location to a short travel downtown, was easy to get onto the highways. Shopping and eating all around the hotel. Very busy street traffic makes entry and exits from parking a challenge.

It's not the fanciest hotel but it's what your expect of a Comfort Inn.

Excellent location, great bfast, clean rooms

My husband and I needed a place to stay for a few nights with our 1 year old after he had a procedure done at one of the RIT medical centers. We were going to stay at a Microtel but then realized it was WAY too small for our needs and immediately found this place. I was concerned about our toddler's noise level (he's currently in the "I like to scream all the time even when I'm fine" stage) and didn't want to be a pain in the butt for other guests. Upon checkin, I asked the attendant if she could find us a room that was maybe away from other guests to help with the noise. She found us a room right by the front and we appeared to not have neighbours. The room was super clean, the bathroom was small but we were fine with it. The bed was VERY comfortable. Our check in attendant was so sweet and helpful by getting us a crib and a TON of extra bedding for it. We felt very welcome. The breakfast was hot and had some healthy options as well. ALL of the staff are INCREDIBLY friendly and helpful. The location is great - you HAVE to try the place across the street for Thai called Mamasan's. We've been there a lot over the years (from the area originally) and it is a must. Also near a huge Wegman's (they call it "the crown jewel" - the company does) for shopping, a Moe's Southwest Grill is down the street and a Starbucks and Dunkin as well. Right off the freeway. Honestly, great location and price. If there were any suites with a door, that'd be ideal for kids!

Trying for dog friendly

I had been led to believe that I could have a dog here. I think that was Expedia's doing. The Comfort Inn that was dog friendly was a 15 min drive away. I was not happy. The Inn itself was fine.
