Nice property. Great room and fire pit outside. Internet is glitchy. Towels are a little rough and very cheap toilet paper. But it will still be the place I stay next time I am in Rochester!

Liked the breakfast and it was close to our destination. The room was very clean but the beds were getting a little saggy. Oh and Lauren the night manager (Saturday MAR 16) was great! Very helpful and accommodating.

Great location, everyone is so friendly. The breakfast is so tasty! And they always have freshly baked cookies. Idk what time it starts but when I get there at check-in in the evening. It’s always there and delicious.

Nice hotel with a good free breakfast. But it's located on a pseudo highway, so not really a nice area to walk around in. That being said, there are many stores and restaurants within a short drive just down the street, so that makes up for that I suppose. Pretty good value, all in all.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast and 24/7 snack bar was excellent. Conditions of the bathrooms could be much better. Bed comforters were not great, although the beds were quite comfortable. Corners of the platform bed frames were quite sharp and we bumped into them quite a few times.

It is super convenient to get here from the airport. Staffs are nice. My room was clean. Check-in and check-out processes was painless and easy. However, it is on such a busy road, making a left turn out of the parking lot is nearly impossible during normal hours.

I was very impressed with this property. I booked it because it was the cheaper option in the area but the pillows were the best hotel pillows I have ever slept on! The bed was comfortable as well. After I checked out to get on an early flight, I found out it was cancelled. I was able to go back to the hotel and rest until my checkout and they were very accommodating. The breakfast was great as well!!

The hotel was fantastic. It’s obviously not a 5 star property but everything about it was way above average. The service was outstanding, the rooms and bathrooms were squeaky clean. There was no “but” and we enjoyed our short stay very much.

There was a problem with the key cards. The first room I was put in took about 20x to open the door. Someone from the front desk came up because they thought I didn’t know what I was doing. They couldn’t get in either and said the battery needed to be changed. I was moved to a different room. This room was also difficult to open.

This hotel I highly recommend. I saw the reviews prior to booking and they were all very good which helped me decide to book my two night stay. The room was very clean and convenient. Breakfast was awesome and the breakfast area was very clean. The staff was all great from start to finish. Just an all around great experience!

Second time staying here. Both times customer service has been great. My only complaint would be that other than the dead bolt there was no secondary lock. With that being said it seems like a safe area so I was not that worried about it.

Our visit to Rochester
The hotel is very pretty, clean. The staff is friendly and very courteous. The breakfast was very good. Our only complaint was when we went to make a cup of coffee in our room the coffee pot had old water in the Keurig which meant it had not been cleaned. Overall, our stay was very good and we would stay again.
