A good stopping place

Second time in a week for us here. Stopped on the way home from S. Dakota. Did not know there wasn't an elevator. Bad knees made this uncomfortable to get to our room. Overall though it's an ok place if you need a bed

Pros: Location and price
Cons: The floors need new tile. Bathrooms need newer fixtures. New carpets, better buffet food for breakfasts
Location: Walking distance to Periins for food was good
We stopped for the night in our way to Deadwood. Right off I90. It's convenient and reasonable in price. Needs upgrading desperately but clean and quiet. If you need to rest this place works

Nice small town stay.

Pros: Ease of access, price, pleasant staff.
Cons: More fruit and eggs for breakfast. Extra pillows because they were small.
Staff was extremely pleasant. Room was clean. Breakfast was minimalist but adequate; could have offered more fruit.

Room and bathroom smelled

The bathroom smelled of mold and the ceiling was stained. The room add a bad odor, but I think they allow pets so that was probably the reason. Bed and pillows were very comfortable.

Safe and clean for an overnight stay

Needed a place for overnight after a long day in the road. It was clean and safe. Priced right and nice staff.

Conveniently placed near freeway.

Pros: easy to find from the freeway, but also quiet considering how close to freeway
Staff was friendly, room was clean. Check in and check out was quick.

Morning desk service lacking

The hotel room was fine. The breakfast was fine except the one desk worker was expected to take care of breakfast and she was out of coffee and had to check people out. So I had to get coffee at the gas station. The desk clerk was pleasant and had to deal with someone (maybe housekeeping) calling and asking her about hold overs.
