Pros: Location and parking
Cons: Expand the breakfast and include more items in the room.
Location was convenient for our needs, but hotel was lacking in some important areas. The rooms aren’t carpeted nor do they have some of the basics you’d expect from an extended stay place - no glasses, dishes, utensils, toaster, coffee maker, etc. You can get them from the office, but they should already be in the room. Plus, their definition of continental breakfast was very basic - hot water and oatmeal packets plus prepackaged muffins and granola bars. No juice or milk, just coffee.

AFFORDABLE, CLEAN AND ACCESSIBLE TO SHOPPING, FOOD

I had a short stay this time, however the staff was friendly and professional. The room was clean and smelled good, very comfortable and quiet.

Hotel pictures not matching the hotel

Pros: The only thing is that it provided us with a warm room for the night. The room was nice and spacious.
Cons: Cleaner bedding, not using old bedding that has yellowed. And pillows without stains on them, and that smelled old.
On line, the hotel looked like a nice, large hotel. We found that not to be the case. It was small and not as nice looking as in the pictures. Our room was ok, spacious and comfortable. This was the first time we stayed at an extended stay hotel and I was not aware that we had to make our own beds. That's fine, but it would have been nice if the 4 pillows provided did not have stains on them and not smell fresh. The linens were not white and clean looking, but yellowed. You could tell they had been washed, but it was not a fresh wash, They advertised a free continental breakfast, which included instant oatmeal, granola bars and coffee, tea or hot chocolate you made in a Keurig, all sitting on a small table. Disappointed in the misleading advertising.

Quick, easy check-in, comfortable room, great location for us as we were in Rochester to visit family . Bed was very comfortable.

Staff are friendly and lobby is nice. That's it for good. Room seemed dirty. I just felt gross. Stains and hairs on padding under sheets. Food spots in the kitchen. Towels smelled musty. Only like 20 channels on TV. Only coffee and granola bars for breakfast. Orkin came in doing a 3 month "inspection". Room was TERRIBLY hot. Had to shut off heater and open windows when 30 degrees out. Area is on out of the way side street, and the interstate around it doesn't have lights. North side is better. We usually stay at hotels with this rating, but wouldn't stay here again.

Nice room but you can do better for the money.

Pros: Big room. Comfortable.
Cons: Better breakfast and maid service or lower price.
Location: Convenient to Mayo.
No maid service and no real breakfast. Coffee bar and breakfast bars.

Nice enough for the price.

Pros: Location.
Cons: Cleaning.
The room appears nice when you first walk in. Fairly new remodel, but cleaning staff could be better. Mold under rim of sink, baseboards and along tub very dirty. It's too bad that they are ruining a very nice remodel with shoddy cleaning. Staff was excellent! Very friendly and accommodating.

Disappointing...should have gone elsewhere!

Upon arrival we were informed they would not honor our reservation, as we lived within 50 miles of the hotel. This information was not shared when we made the reservation. Fortunately one friend lived 55 miles away, so her address made it acceptable for us to stay. The lobby was dark and run down. Upon walking into our non-smoking room, we were instantly blasted with a smell of smoke. We requested a different room. The only availability was a single. We took it, because of the horrible smell. Even though we reserved and paid for a double room. Very disappointed with the experience!!
