Dirty room

Bathroom had hair from previous guest on floor and in bathtub woke up with bug bites possible bed bugs and it was noisy room was by the bar. Was gonna mention to front desk clerk about the problems but lady in front of me had complaints and she said u booked it with Expedia let them kno of the problem. I guess I feel I should be entitled to some money back due to the inconvenience of the room not being the cleanest I should not have to rinse out the tub to be able to use I find that disgusting!

Excellent Staff

The staff was very accommodating and extremely friendly. Absolutely nothing to complain about. I'd recommend this hotel to everyone.

Austin Holiday Inn

Pros: Location.
Cons: Lower prices on New Years Eve!
Spend one night while in Austin for a wedding. Didn't spend much time at the hotel other than to sleep and attend a Wedding brunch & gift opening. Nothing fancy. The pool area looked nice and clean; well kept. They had a nice bar area but didn't visit it. Overall its a good hotel right off Interstate 90 in Austin and adjacent to Oak Park Mall and restaurants.

Staff was terrible when my travel plans had an abrupt change, wouldn't recommend as they have a tough time with customer service.

Pros: everything
Cons: well be nice to have breakfast in morning
Location: didn't get to do much around the area
well I came down for a funeral and needed a place to stay and your place was handicap accessiable so I stayed there

Just passing through

My wife and I stayed here on our way home durring our last trip. The hotel was great. Clean, great staff very nice. will stay agian if we are in town.

Short business trip

Room had all the comforts and was very clean. Bed was quite comfortable and the onsite restaurant made staying there a bonus.

only affects me, no one else, 6th time in 8 yrs!

Pros: staff was very nice. So nice, I didn't report the problems there and decided to deal with it for 1 night because I was also too tired to change rooms
Cons: Double check the rooms????
Location: I was ONLY there for business. Otherwise- I would not be. Very rural, old town conservative mid-west, more of a family town than a vacation type.
I am a heavy business traveler and 8 yrs ago I had a boss who liked Holiday Inns so I tried and had a terrible series of mishaps (hair in tub, thin walls, etc). I normally have points at Marriotts, so after that I tried to stay at those chains. But, at the boss's bequest, I attempted several 4 more stays at Holiday Inns until 3 years ago. Each time, I had problems- either bug, room cleanliness or severe noise when I requested quiet rooms. On each of the various location behalf's, I will state, the staff was always very pleasant and courteous; the hotels were usually booked full and I ended up with the last rooms available (or close to). Unfortunately, at least 1 stay was next to a bachelor party room. None of my other co-workers ever saw any uncleanliness in the rooms and slept well. This last business trip was to a location remote in the midwest and the nearest other chain hotels were at least 1 hr drive away with the Holiday Inn recommended by the business relationship. My 2 other co-workers had excellent stays. Me: I sat down on the bed runner to have white dog hairs fly up so I looked down. The runner was covered in dog hair. I love dogs, grew up with large dogs, had a total of 10 dogs in my life, but currently do not have dogs and did not expect that much dog hair on the end of my bed! However, the rest of the furniture and floors were clean, ammenities very, very nice. But terrible, when I laid down, the bed spread smelled like dog drool. :( Maybe it's me. :(

Best hotel we've ever stayed in.

Pros: Indoor pool surrounded by rooms with small patios, balconies on 2nd floor, great atmosphere!
Cons: We can't think of anything missing.
Location: Near the freeway and near the Spam Museum (very interesting).
This hotel was great! Friendly staff, bar & grill available on premises, great room.

Nice hotel

Pros: Attractive. Quiet.
Cons: The mattress was a bit too firm for us. Breakfast did not seem to be ready at 7. We needed to be on our way early and could not wait.
Location: Near a mall land restaurants. Easy access to gas and convenience shop.
A very clean and pleasant place. We only stayed one night and didn't get to enjoy all features. Great location - easy to find.
