No air ciculation, room was stuffy

We had an outer perimeter room that faced the coty street... it was upper 50s outside but close to 80 inside the room. One of the windows would not open so it was just very stuffy inside. The hotel does not run cool air in the winter but they seem to be aware of the issues, maybe redo the windows so actual air can get into the room.

I graduated high school in Rochester many years ago. I was in town recently to celebrate St. Patrick's Day with a group of high school classmates. I like to stay here when I am visiting high school friends. The downtown location is great. I park in the ramp and can walk to restaurants, bars and shops without having to worry about where to park my car.

Great hotel , close to Mayo !

Great staff , great service would highly recommend . I always choose Holiday Inn while visiting Rochester

Comfortable spot downtown Rochester

Very pleased with room. Bar and limited restaurant a nice touch. Breakfast service was slow and some meals served cold.

Close to downtown and Mayo.

Pros: It is close to Mayo
Reasonable accommodation. The hotel does not own the parking and they use the public parking connected to the sky way (that is convenient). The shower drain was not working properly and I had to manually keep the drain open which is not fun especially if there is a rush. The restaurant on site could not use their grill or stove top that night, so not many choices for dining there

Great Place to Stay and Get Things Done

Front office staff, especially Ashley, were especially welcoming and helpful. The Servers in Thyme were among the best I've met -- and the food was great, and reasonable.
