need face lift hotel

The hotel was remodeling and I could hear the noises. The hotel staff mentioned it so it was OK but no coffee shop, no staff on the front door, small selection of breakfast buffet, no complementally water, the hotel staff were talking about their personal things a lot at the breakfast area, the staff at the front desk were not friendly, squeaking noise from somewhere during taking shower, no bath robe, old carpet, etc. I didn't feel I stay at the Hyatt hotel and hotel need to educate or train their staff about the professionalism and what customer service is.. I was disappointed. The shuttle driver from the airport to the hotel was really nice.
