Perfect place to spend the nightPosted Jan 19, 2016
Pros: Convenient, clean
Cons: Physical plant is a little rundown, but nothing was broken or unusable
Perfect price for a place to spend the night with free breakfast.

A decent place to spend the nightPosted Dec 24, 2015
Pros: The free WiFi and free breakfast.
Cons: Seemed a little run-down, despite being spotlessly clean.
Location: Was picking up son for holidays from SUNY Geneseo so this wasn't relevant to our stay.
Nothing fancy, but great value for the low cost. The free WiFi and free breakfast were bonuses, in that other places offering rooms in the same price range only sometimes offered WiFi and rarely had both.

this hotel is closed to my kid school (RIT).Posted Dec 1, 2015
Pros: Based on the price, I would like to go back again.
Cons: the sound insulation is not good and I can hear the next room clearly.
The price is good! The breakfast is also good and the internet is fast.

Front desk attendant was great. Walls a little thin but a good value for the price

Dont go herePosted Nov 23, 2015
I came here get rest before a major trip. The room looked like a motel room and the room smelled of mildew. As i was leaving I noticed the other rooms were alot nicer and cleaner. Expedia and the hotel gave us the bottom of the barrel when it came to our room. Ill never go there again the Microtel in Chili is ten times better

Even though it was rude customers the staff remained calm and respectful and my room was nice, cozy, and comfortable I would absolutely tell friends and family about!!

Basic hotel with affordable pricePosted Nov 20, 2015
We stayed at Microtel Inn for 2 nights. My room was clean and comfortable. But my friends said that their sheets were not very clean. Sign of lack of standard I guess. The cable at the hotel was very good. Internet service was OK. I did not encounter any problems in connection but again my friends said that they experienced difficulties in uploading files via email. The breakfast is not good, but there is a 24 hour Tim Hortons next door, therefore you can always go there and have your breakfast.

One night Stop OverPosted Nov 16, 2015
Pros: Inexpensive and convenient.
Location: Shopping along Jeffereson St. in Henrietta is not too far away
Just wanted a place to stay for one night at a reasonable cost which Microtel provided. Bed was good but could hear the people next door. Staff was pleasant and location was convenient.

Very poorly runPosted Nov 8, 2015
Gave us the same room as people who checked in just prior to us. Then switch our room to one that was already occupied. Then couldn't give a working key. Finally got a room 45 mins later.
