Tour bus group emptied breakfast bar. Rims were old and had dirt in corners of bathroom.

Minimal staff -but they were pleasant. Front desk clerk was polite. Room maid service was adequate and maid was attentive to helping with more towels, etc

The only complaint I have is I that I was told that hot breakfast will be served. They had waffles but no meat. It would have been nice to have eggs or home fries as they used to serve this when hotel was Laquinta

El hotel es muy agradable, el servicio de desayuno fue muy regular por sus pocas opciones y el servicio de limpieza fue bueno aunque la calidad del servicio regular. Cuando estaba en la zona de desayuno note que el hotel tenia goteras en el techo de la recepción. Las habitaciones grandes, camas muy comodas. en general es muy bueno para descansar

Smokey Hotel

Pros: Price right.
Cons: Get rid of the cigarette smell.
Location: Did a college tour at RIT.
Hotel served our needs but were disappointed that it smelled of cigarette smoke.

Not a great area - room was clean - clearly understaffed - had to wait 10 minutes for a front desk clerk to show up ( in a jogging suit) after an 8 hr drive - when we asked for dinner recommendations she could only tell us what direction to head in - felt unprofessional - continental bfast was good
