All staff members were courteous & friendly. Room was comfortable, however the TV did not work.

Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback on your recent stay. I am so glad to hear that you had a good experience. However, I am sad to hear about the issue with your television. Please know that this is not a typical problem in our hotel, and I do hope that our maintenance team was able to get it fixed for you while you were still here.
