Cons: "Breakfast" I would remove the breakfast included from the listing, Coffee and 10 mini muffins on a tray do not qualify as breakfast in my book, I know is subject, and we knew this from other reviews but we had hopes. Pros: Everything else, they really exceeded my expectations every where else, mind you I know is not a 5 star hotel but for the price it was excellent, clean rooms nothing smelly, no bugs or insects, pet friendly, free parking nice location, lake view!!! holy crap last time I got a room with such a view I paid 6 times what I paid here. can't get much better than that. Would definitely go back.

Had to deal with dogs barking in the room next to us. The staff was great to try to resolve the problem. Breakfast was almost non-existent Juice coffee and some muffins and pastry

This is the property where we are staying every time when we come to ski on Bristol Mountain and love the place and the staff.

Adequate, but considering this was supposed to be a smoke free motel, the hallway and room had a musty, smokey smell.

I was eaten up by bugs in the room. What was real weird was that my son was in the same room and didn't have any bites. I originally thought maybe it's the harsh detergents but it was clearly bugs.

Had a whole dispute because they checked in (I was not there) charged my card for a deposit and was charging me individual everyday for the price of stay of that day! Theft is what actually happened to me it took them three days to take care of the situation

Double Charged
From the get go they were rude because I have had horrible experiences with hotels and my cc , so I requested to pay cash. They were anything but polite about it and insisted I have exact change. Getting through that , I checked out on Sunday and low and behold...they charged my card. Again.... My wife called and they were short , had no explanation or solution. She called again 3 hours later and was told it's been taken care of. The money still hasn't been credited back to my account and they are ride and not concerned about the inconvenience in any way

Although the room was clean and comfortable, the bathroom was in need of rehabbing/updating. Walls were peeling and there was mold on the floor near the tub. There was no hair dryer! However, the towels were clean, fluffy and smelled great! Continental breakfast was disappointing though, having only 2 items available. Limited dining area as well. Overall, it was a good value.

Tucked behind a car wash. Can't be seen from the road. Rough driveway, parking surface. Hotel is a bit worn. Friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast is convenient, prepackaged, cheap stuff. Better to go across the street to Wegman's. No real complaints. Everything was adequate.

First off it’s 2 story no elevator so seniors have to walk upstairs. Tv didn’t work someone came changed box said once boots up will be ok came back still didn’t work had to call desk so she could change box again. Brittny deck girl was very polite and got it fixed. Refrigerator is on floor have to tilt to open door. All windows are discusting. Parking lot is full of holes. Will not return there

The stench of pot smoke was so overwhelming at all times, it was sickening, on requesting the desk dose something they said that the offending guests will have an additional charge on there room bill. My room had no closet or cloths pole to hang my suit. The walls were patched and/or unpainted and the room (though visibly clean) smelled of stale smoke and mildew. And i did not notice that the TV did not work until it was so late at night i did not bother to complain. But the staff were friendly and did what they could to make my stay tolerable.. i will never stay again.

The floor in our room was stained in multiple places and didn’t appear to have been vacuumed in a long time. Sheets very wrinkled and had discoloration in spots.

This property was easy to find. The Front Desk staff at my arrival saw me struggling with my luggage and held the door open for me. She was really a big help! Then she informed me hot beverage, including hot chocolate, was available 24/7. I immediately felt that I made the right choice with this one. The room and toiletries provided (dove products) sealed the deal. I would like to thank her for helping me out and being an asset to the hotel. I arrived there Oct. 7, 2023 around 3 pm. If you do choose this property, though, keep in mind that the breakfast provided does not include meats and eggs.

No one should have been allowed to use the room I was in. Non Smoking room but the smoke smell was so intense my eyes burned all night. At midnight smoke from somewhere was seeping into the room. Blankets scratchy and old. Sink wouldn’t drain. No exhaust fan in bathroom. Peeling, falling apart walls. Needed a hair dryer to go to an event- none in room and staff couldn’t find one. Felt like I was staying in a hostel

From the time I checked in which even tho the room I chose was not available for king, they still accommodated for the slight dilemma plus the folk from night shift until the next day they all made sure I was okay and had everything I needed to enjoy my stay. I will be back!! Highly recommend this location to anybody!

The most discusting room i have ever stayed in.
Staff was friendly, but rooms were absolutely disgusting. Ripped down wallpaper, holes patched, but not painted, burn holes in the bed comforter, everything felt sticky, almost no hot water in the shower and safe was broken. The grossest place i have ever stayed. Wore clothes to bed.
