The worst experience+ bad bags

First, when w came, there was NO room for 2, that I ordered through Hotels.com. After spending time on phone with Hotels.com representative,the room was found, but Hotels.com gave me suddenly bigger price,then I was told on the phone when I still was at home. Room was very old, no facilities, no internet, nothing. In the morning we found out, that we were not alone. There were bad bags!!!! We called a housekeeper. He removed part of the bed, thrown it an all other stuff on the bed, stud himself on the bed and confirmed,- yes, there are bad bugs. We left for our business(housekeeper remained in the room) and came back at night time, clerk did not know about our room situation. We checked the room,- everything were thrown on the bed, room no one cleaned. We required another room. After 40 min arguing with clerk he called to a manager.We were offered a room with 1 bad. So we slept another night in dirty room with bad bags. In the morning our request to return our money back was refused , clerk was extremely rude,- almost yelled on us:"You paid already! Go! Go!", thrown our receipt. I do not think, somebody will desire to have such experience.
