I had absolutely no complaints about the staff or property. I was a little disappointed that I was stranded due to weather and since I work at the hospital I couldn’t check out until 6 PM. They said if I left at 2, I wouldn’t have been charged, but since I needed to stay an extra 4 hours I was charged for a whole night. The lady at the front desk also told me the hotel was mostly empty 🙄

Finally a new hotel in this area! Very clean- nice exercise room and breakfast area. Bedding and room was comfortable. Add a nice restaurant and it will be the best in the area.

Great Place to Stay
From check-in to check out, the staff was very friendly and helpful. We had room 324 which had a beautiful river view and a private balcony. The hotel is very clean and stylish. There aren't many hotels in the area, and this one is certainly the best choice.

The hotel is good the staff is nice. The only issue i have is they allow their property to be listed on hotels.com then they charge an additional 20 dollars at check in for using a 3rd party. Seems dishonest.

The additional 20 that you saw on your credit card was an authorization only used for incidentals and not charged for you using a 3rd party. If you didn't charge any additional items to your room during your stay, the extra 20 authorization should have been returned back to your credit card.
