Horrible Customer Service!

Horrible Customer Service. Lyndon at the front desk refused to treat the guests as a human. He was very rude in how he spoke and conducted his business. Check was suppose to be at 3. No rooms were available until closer to 3:45. They made it clear that they have to reserve the rooms that were ready for the customers that book through their site. The hotels.com customers get rooms last. We had to wait in the lobby for over an hour. Was given two sets of keys that didn't work. Lyndon did not believe me so walked me to my room to only see the key did not work. The owner/manager stood right behind him as he spoke to guests like this. The manager also never offered to help check people in while there was a line of over 5 and an open computer. Got double charged on my receipt and had to get that refunded before I left the next morning. Not worth the cost especially for a Holiday Inn.
