Pros: Close to interstate, friendly staff like new accommodations.

smoking room as a non-smoking

I signed papers upon the check-in for a non-smoking room and go a smoking room. There was the ash tray in the room. Well it was only one night and we left early 4am and hope never to come back there. Apparently the staff is not interested to offer us a better room. Yes, I could have pressed the issue and get another room, however, the first impression was already spoiled. Never to come back there.... Sorry...

Not very good. The complimentary breakfast was awful. Mess everywhere on the "breakfast bar." No one cleaed our room & the front desk clerks were not great.

Nice hotel but.....

While the hotel was very nice, we had a few little problems. 1. The phone in the room did not work - 2. There were not enough towels in the room. When I tried to call the front desk to ask for more towels - I found out the phone didn't work. 3. There was no T.V. remote in the room and wqhen I went to call the front desk - the phone still didn't work. 4. We wanted to watch the Olympics on NBC which the front desk said was channel 6. We could not receive channel 6 in our room in the evening. The next morning channel 6 was suddenly available.
