Very disappointing

We have stayed in Mictrotel Inns before and have always found them quite acceptable. Unfortunately this one was not so. When we first came in the lobby there was a large tank (perhaps compressor?) sitting beside the front desk. The elevator was in deplorable condition. The room was extremely small, the bathroom not clean, the sink tap dripped all night, the electrical sockets so loose we had to use tape to hold the plug in the sockets, the white duvet on the bed had stains and dark rim on the edge, and to make it all worse, no hot water in the morning and the shower didn't work.

Location was convenient

Location: it was fine
Room very small, frig door broken, room never got cleaned and went to desk and even though promised that garbage emptied and towels would be provided, it took several hours to get that accomplished and we emptied our own trash.

Checkin went smoothly. Room upon entry had a smoky smell even though it was non-smoking. Bathroom had a dirty rag still in shower and there was poop splattered on toilet. I cleaned both since it was so late. After the I couldn't get comfortable because I felt room wasn't clean.

Room well equipped. Beds really comfy. Bathroom was clean nice amenities. Is in a good location close to restaurants

Pros: Nice, comfortable beds!
Cons: Need new couch...ours had holes on it. The shower needed a deep cleaning. Several cleaning staff didn't understand English. Had to go to front desk.
Location: Close to a lot of dining places...fast food and dine in. Close to interstate. Great location for convenience.
If all of our concerns were taken care of, we would recommend.....if not, then we would not recommend it. Great location....being close to everything. The front desk staff was ALWAYS helpful. Didn't try the breakfast. Had problems communicating our needs to the cleaning staff...like more towels. They did a good job. They just didn't know English.

Nice comfortable hotel in good location

Pros: rooms are very nicely decorated with lots of space
Cons: The continental breakfast could be improved with better food items
The room that I stayed in was very clean, comfortable and spacious. The staff was courteous and helpful.

Affordable and very clean

They do about as good of a job as I've seen keeping this place clean. Considering the price point, it's really hard to beat. The only suggestion I'd make is to not let people smoke directly outside the front and rear doors. This is frustrating, but it's not a problem that's unique to this property. Happens lots of places. All in all, very good.

Cons: Larger area for breakfast dispensing.
Hotel was clean. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was fair. Juice machine was broken and breakfast area was very small and cramped.
