Location: Lots of eating places nearby.
The room was very nice and roomy. The breakfast was very good. Would stay again.

Got a great deal on a suite and everything went fine. Never used the pool and didn't try breakfast, but the room and staff were great, maybe any earlier issues have been fixed. Would definitely stay again.

Poorly maintained in general. Halls and outside extremely dirty. Outdated covers, broken blackout and water piping exposed. Location is horrible

Don't stay here!

Cons: Tear it down, and rebuild it.
Location: Directly off the freeway. Very noisy and light out at night.
As soon as I pulled in the hotel, I got on my phone and started looking for another one close by. The place is a dive! Everything in the room felt dirty. There was "stuff" on the curtains (maybe mud, maybe food?) The lock on the sliding glass door (the only thing between you and the outside area) did not engage....probably because it was bent so much. You could easily see where a screw driver or something had been pry'd into the lock bending it badly. Instead of a latching lock, there was a "bent" aluminum pole you placed behind the sliding glass door to keep it from opening. I did not feel safe all night. There were a lot of construction workers who are evidently staying at the hotel for an extended period as their rooms had "live in" type things outside (chairs, coolers, plants). They liked to sit outside their rooms bs'ing and drinking beer after work. Great. I did an extensive check of the bed for bed-bugs and am happy to report that there were none......however......there was what looked like tobacco in the nooks and cranny's of the mattress. And the pillows must have been filled with what reminded me of a torn up foam mattress. All in all, the worst hotel I have stayed in over the past 5 years (and that is saying something).

nicely renovated hotel - large rooms

Pros: Good value for the price!
Location: Charlotte, NC Panther games and various art and entertainment venues
Hot Breakfast was good with many choices. Hotel room and breakfast was more like a more expensive hotel.

Pros: Nothing
There was old furniture on the outside of the hotel. The bathroom was very nasty with mold and mildew in the tub. Hair was on the bathroom floor. The breakfast attendant put out frozen breakfast items.

Charged me for room I didn't stay in cause I refused rm cause their pool was closed.wont refund money back. Said I was a no show. They lied cause I refuse room cause we wanted to use pool.
