Yuck

The toilet paper in the room was dirty! Had stains throughout. Staff did come when requested and provided another roll. The pillowcase of one pillow had lipstick stains. Breakfast though was great.

Convenient location, good breakfast

As soon as we walked down the hall we could smell cigarette smoke, and when we entered the room we noticed a large cigarette burn hole in the bedspread, even though the room was non-smoking. We went to call the front desk but there was no overlay on the phone (the plastic sheet showing number to call was missing) so we took a guess.The clerk was very apologetic, but later when we turned on the a/c we noticed the area around the controls and the air vents was filthy, lots of dust and grime. Who knows what filth was inside on the coils. Very disappointing, these are minor things to fix but should never happen.

Certainly not as clean as it could be. The carpets need replacing and at least vacuumed more often

Hurricane return

We arrived at night. Two buildings including ours did not have any outside working lights. Management said it has always been that way. ???? Mold in bathroom tub. Tv stand broken. Room door very noisy. No fan in bathroom.

Great Location: Barely Satisfying

Pros: Excellent location. Comfortable rooms.
Cons: Customer service priorities. Attention to detail and security.
Location: Wonderfully located. Walking distance to many restaurants. A 10 minute drive to meet every need. Great place for contractor employees.
Attempting to cancel one room reservation of 6, the entire reservation was canceled. This may have been my own fault. The hotel agent was very kind to work to restore the reservations, however she was interrupted by 3 calls for reservations, which she handled ahead of completing this duty. The time spent was exorbitant and 6 people were lined behind me at the completion. More disappointing was seeing an agent in the back room who did not give any assistance in the process, but came out with a statement of disdain, "Do you need any help?" The rooms were very comfortable, for the most part, clean, and generally in good repair. One sheet had blood stains remaining that were very visible. The normally securely locked entrance door at Room 155 had the entire lock assembly removed. This was a little disconcerting. Overall, because I travel internationally a great deal, I would say that there was not the upbeat customer service that Americans, especially women, are used to.

OK for the price

Pros: Nice room.
Cons: Improve signage, clean hallways and staircases, reinstall ice and vending machines.
Location: The Waffle House nearby is nice. Do not go to Señor Nachos.
I stayed here for 2 nights. The layout is confusing and it's not always clear whether you can get to one part of the motel from another without going outside. It took about 15 minutes to find the room! Some parts of the motel appear to be in the middle of renovations, although this is not marked well. Some hallways and staircases were in bad repair and were smelly. The ice and vending machines near us were missing. All of that said, the room itself was clean and comfortable and a nice size, and the AC worked fine.
