Property was first rate and I thought offered excellent value based on the price in CDN$ I paid. However, the $75 USD pet charge may been a little excessive. Otherwise a great property.

It was a very nice surprise that Mon-Wed they serve for happy hour. Wine & beer and a hot appetizer. Did not need to go out to eat. A good hearty snack. They sell a large assortment of easy to heat meals in the front lobby so if staying for a few days this is the perfect location.

The Staff was friendly and helpful but the pool at the location was very cold and was not enjoyable to be in. This was unfortunate as it was one of the reasons why we choose to stay at this particular hotel.

Great stay - A++++
Hotel was clean and had a heated pool for my nephew to swim in. I was so pleased. Staff was friendly and allowed a late check out. Plenty of places to shop and eat. Huge room with a kitchen and nice sized bathroom. No tub, only shower with all toiletries. Full size shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. Will be back for sure.

Perfect Location!
First time staying in Rock Hill, SC and at a Staybridge Suites and we were very happy. Friendly staff, great king size room with full kitchen. Complimentary happy hour and free breakfast. Nicely decorated for Christmas, too! We will definitely be back!

Hotel looked new. Liked that it was pet friendly and didn't charge us an arm and leg. Breakfast options changed daily. Clean room and facilities. Close to restaurants and interstate.

Don’t count on good breakfast
The room was excellent the service at front desk was very good. Our complaint was the breakfast. Hours were supposed to be till 9:30 am and when we went in there were no meat and tiny spoonful of potatoes. When I asked the server she was very unfriendly and muttered that there was more coming. She brought out some more potatoes but no meat such as sausage. Our experience with thus hotel would have been exceptional except for the breakfast.

Clean and Convenient!!!
Parking lot was clean and well lit. That makes a difference for a woman traveling alone. The manager send a text a little after check in and she also sent a check out link the next morning. Location is close to the interstate along with food and lots of shopping but there was no noise.

The only thing we didnt like about the property was a slight smell of cleaning agents that were used in the hallways and maybe common areas that crept into our room and were a little bit annoying to one's sense of smell.
