The hotel was clean and the rooms were spacious. Breakfast was ready before 6:00 am and was more than decent. Best value in Rock Hill. The surrounding neighborhood was a little sketchy - the only downside.

We are pretty easy to please with hotels especially when we are just for a short visit for sleeping...we are just looking for a clean room, good mattress, strong water pressure for shower, reasonably quiet...we don't need any all the bells and whistles. This Best Western was very strong in all the areas that we care about. And we travel with a dog and the pet fee is reasonable and they had free dog biscuits at check-in...nice touch.

Honest I was extremely nervous about staying here. I booked at midnight, once I got there the front desk clerk was very nice . I needed a plate and sliverware, he provided it . My room was very clean and it was very quiet . I would definitely stay there again … so if you’re like me and don’t know if you should book or not … here is your go ! Enjoy

Property was very clean and quiet. A welcome relief after a hectic day on the road. Staff was friendly and professional, breakfast was good (prepared buffet), and included some choices for everyone. Room was nice, CLEAN and quiet. Heater and all amenities worked well. Shower was the star of this show, with plenty of hot water delivered with authority to help relax after 10 hours driving. Bed was comfortable, even for my achy back. To list a few DOWNSIDES (weren't many): Parking lot has some areas that could use another light or two, and if You arrive late the choices for food in the area are limited to drive through only (expect a line at the DT). Overall a surprisingly pleasant stop on my journey, and at a very good value!

There were 4 cockroaches in our bathroom at 1 am. We saw one in the tub when first entering the room and my husband tried to convince me it was just a random bug because he doesn't like causing problems. NOPE. And the front desk told me my reservation next week for our return trip cant be canceled because its expedia's. Expedia better help me cancel that reservation or I wont be using it again and I will be sure to leave bad reviews for the hotel AND expedia EVERYWHERE.
