Repeat halfway stopover

Stay here most of our trips. Good Breakfast hot and cold items. This time grass was high, not mowed in awhile. No fun with a small dog, got all wet from due on grass.

Front desk person was rude to person in front of me who was trying to check in 75 minutes early. We all understand check in times but don't need to be rude. Sometimes our plane or car drive puts us there at a certain time. When it was my turn, she basically didn't speak at all. Not the best first impression, fortunately the room and breakfast wre much better.

Very Enjoyable Stay

I came to visit family in both Rock Hill SC and Charlotte NC. While booking the room I requested a room "far away" from the elevators and ice machines. The evening I arrived I was greeted nicely and assigned my room. I was surprised to find that out all the rooms on my floor I was given the "closest" room to both places. I was a little upset. I spoke with the young lady at the front desk and she quickly gave me another room. I was quite pleased with the new room. To me it said a lot about how they want you to enjoy your stay. The "Real" breakfast they provided was very good. No, to drive to a Waffle or Pancake place or spend extra. The hospitality staff was the icing on the cake! They were very courteous and patient. Although they were understaffed at the time, they did their best to make sure my stay was comfortable.
