The size of the room was spacious and perfect for us. The hallways were clean/quiet. Of course we loved going to the casino. Only thing missing is a "lounge band" and dance floor like I've seen in other casinos.

The shower area i thought was neat. I went there for a girls night. We were going to go have dinner and sit in the hot tub. However, my friend only had her foid card. So we couldnt go eat. Then when i called the day prior to my stay, i was only told the pool was down. Which was okay with me considering we wantes the spa. Well upon arrival i was cold the spa is down and the pool is working and is heated. So i go to the pool and the water was freezing since it was just filled. So our plans went down hill. i ended up checking out that same night. I was pretty disappointed.

The staff was professional and pleasant. This help the low end quality I experienced in the room. One small soap for two adults? Cheap coffee maker that worked only with wall switch. The staff helped and apologized but I had a $516, bill for 3 nights. This quality was what I expected. The food express was excellent. The buffet is limited days so I didn't get to enjoy the experience. The drink service on the casino floor was non existing. To get a drink I would have to leave slot machine and get myself. I'm not sure I would stay at this location again based on quality and price.

Ballys is one of the most cleanest place I’ve been too Very respectful place The best thing is that it is sound proof, couldn’t hear anything once your room door closes Keep up the good work

Additional charges at check -in of $120.00. Don't know if that was a deposit that we will get back or not. We were there 2 nights, room not cleaned after first night, but an envelope was left on the table for a tip. Room was ok, but nothing extra special.
