The International Police Museum, a great stop for history buffs, is less than one block away. Guests will find miles of beach to explore in either direction. Public beach access is just two blocks from the motel, at the west end of N 3rd Avenue. Head east to Highway 101 to find plenty of shops (including thrift stores!) to explore and numerous dining options. Hop on the Oregon Coast Scenic Railroad and take a trip down to Garibaldi - the platform is less than a quarter-mile away!

Super sweet weekend at Rockaway Beach.

We had everything we needed at Sea Treasures Inn for a delightful weekend. The room was clean and comfortable A block to the entrance to the beautiful beach. Immediate response when we called guest services. Lots of towels. Good size refrigerator. We had 3 chihuahuas with us, and the pricing allowed us to afford an absolutely lovely weekend. Good food nearby. We are home and still smiling! Thank you!

The room was private, I could BBQ right out front for dinners, I like you provided sponge and dish soap even though I wasn't in a kitchen unit. Overall it was a good stay besides the TV not working and trying to rebook another night.

The bed needs to be replaced. It was very loud. I believe the springs are broken. The slightest of movement was very loud and would wake us up. The television did not work. We head to the cost twice a year. The price was fine but we will not stay again unless the bed is replaced.

This is a small room. The pictures were taken at an angle to make it look a lot bigger. It was comfortable enough though. The outside of the building needs work. It was a bit worn down. Even had dead birds around it. Only a few parking spaces in back, so had to get creative to park. Nice that they had so many towels, including beach towels for us. Wasn’t very clean, even though we paid for cleaning fees. There was spilled coffee on the tables and night stand when we arrived as examples. Overall, if you are good with a small motel room, this will work for you.

Inexpensive at a Cost

It was not clean with chips on the curtains and a dirty shower. Cable went out half way on day 2 and was not restored when we left on day 7. Bought an HDMI cord from local store to stream my computer to TV. Didn’t work well because the WiFi was working on and off. When we the contacted Vacasa team nothing was done to fix any issues.

Did not feel safe there, had to pull the table over in front of the door and some chairs building much too old no TV guide or how to turn it on or off for channels, when stripping the bed at the end of the week found it, the bed pad is very dirty hair and old stains, bathroom toilet not efficient, did not feel safe doors are very dirty and old need to be whitewashedThe door near the streets big Gaps in them, pull the table in front of the doors and chairs to feel safer, there’s a lot of work to be done there. If I could’ve got out of it I would’ve left the first day.

Clean and great reading material.

The unit was very clean as usual and I absolutely love the books they leave in the rooms written by Shakespeare’s Raven (Stephen D. Rhoades) he is one of my favorite authors. You should consider putting them in every rental you manage. The only negative is how the owner of the property (Not Vacasa) neglects the property and does very little to maintain it and make it a more pleasant place to stay.

The bed was very comfortable and clean, the dresser, tv, microwave and fridge were perfect! The shower was fantastic. Very spacious room. The only suggestion would be to do a power wash on the tile and launder the bathroom rug. We have stayed in multiple lodgings on the coast. This one was the least expensive and really not too bad.

Quality place for the price

The property is a bit off putting- it’s a closed down, run down motel. But they put some effort into renovating and once you get inside everything is clean and functional. Location is great- right by the beach and Rockaway is a great middle spot to go up or down the coast. Vacasa was easy to communicate with and all staff were friendly and helpful.

Just ok

Keys stuck in lock and couldn't get in room. The man who cleaned our room was very nice and helpful. Could only go in one door. Hair dryer didn't work, upstairs people were so loud thought they would fall through the ceiling and the bed was like sleeping on an air mattress, small and noisy with every move. Definitely was not a queen bed.

Pro: can get to the beach within less than a block Cons: 1st two days here, had to fight with lock to get into the room; 3rd day had to call maintenance (who had a hard time as well); 4th day door fell apart and jam ended up with numerous screws in it "to secure it".
