Didnt have shower curtain or enough towels. Forgot coffe packs when room was cleaned but staff was friendly and quickly took care of everything with smiles on their faces even though there were several families and rooms checking in after midnight after an event.

Overall stay ok. Getting to the hotel is tuff depending which direction your coming from.

Nice Hotel

Pros: It was close to where we needed to be yet far enough away from all the town noise.
Cons: Staff should wear clothing that fits them - buttons on blouses should not be pulling
Hotel was clean, staff was friendly and the offerings for breakfast was average.

Strong burning odor

It's was 40° that night and we tried to turn on the heater to stay warm while we sleep. An extreme burning odor started to fill up the room causing the smoke alarm to go off. We called the front desk and someone came to our room. He mentions there's really nothing he can do besides giving us air freshener and spraying our room down. All rooms were booked up that night. So we kinda had to just stick through it because it was the only hotel in the area. When checking out in the morning, there was no one to be found at the front desk. I had to take a business card and call the front desk number to get someone to come to the front desk. An older gentlman came up and was extremely rude when asked to see a manager regarding last nights issue. He told me he's not in right now and asked what happen and I told him. Then told me I have to take it up with the manager who is out of town right now. So email him. Seriously the worst service ever... don't ask me if you have no business in helping me. By the time we got home several hours later I had to state my complaint to Expedia and the hotel mamanger called me back and is giving me a partial refund. I'm still waiting for that credit currently to go through.

It was a very quiet hotel. Everyone was friendly. The only complaint I have was the hotel had a very strong musty smell. We bought some air freshener and everything was good.
