It was disappointing to find out at check-in that since I booked through Expedia, I could only have a smoking room. Did not realize this when I booked the room. I would not have stayed at this location if I could have cancelled and gone somewhere else. The room was somewhat clean, however smelled horrible due to being a smoking room. All of my personal items smelled like smoke when I returned home. The continental breakfast lacked items normally found at other similar size hotels.
The hotel overall lacked updates that other Baymont Hotels have.

We work diligently to ensure our facilities are well maintained and we try our hardest to provide not just good value, but comfortable, clean and superior accommodations. I have noted your concerns regarding the odor can assure you these will do our absolute best to have this corrected. It is my goal, to eliminate the smoking rooms once we undergo renovations.
