Hi Mark, Mt sincere apologies for the conditional issues you describe. I will have maintenance inspect the luggage cart immediately and speak to housekeeping regarding the cleanliness issue. Hi Kiel, during the week breakfast runs 0600 to 0930 and on weekends it is 0700 to 1030. The hot tub in the pool area was permanently closed three years ago however the pool remains open.Thank you very much for your feedback and we hope to have the opportunity to host you again!
