Functional hotel

Night staff was nice, morning not so much. Floor in the tiny room made my feet filthy. Please get a luggage rack!!

MY FAMILY AND I STAY HERE WHENEVER VISITING ROCKFORD. I FEEL SAFE AND OUT OF DANGER. THE PRICE IS RIGHT AND THE ROOMS ARE CLEAN AND COMFY

Close to bus terminal

Hotel is very dated and old. Toilet had a pond of water around the base of the stool. The A/C was loud and other guests were allowed to be loud in the hallways when our room was very near the front desk. We ended up checking out around 3:30am. Would not recommend it. You get what you pay for.

room not ready at check in then when got to room

bed not made no trash can then next day towels were down in count

Nice Location, Needs Work

Pros: Location is easy to get to. Nice hot breakfast. Staff went out of their way to accommodate me.
Cons: Carpet is spotted and worn.
Location: Klehm arboretum is beautiful!
Way overpriced for quality. Carpet is old and worn and contributes to overall dingy feeling.

Thanks for the feedback. We are in the process of gutting and renovating all of our guest rooms. We are 50% finished. The hallway carpets will be the last item to get replaced. Hopefully, you can come back and see it on your next visit to Rockford. Yes, Klehm is my personal favorite as well. Thanks

Low Quality Hotel

They would not work with us through our Expedia booking. Best to avoid this one and find a better hotel.

Hi there, I'm sorry about your experience, but we are asked by all the online third party agents, expedia, hotels, booking, etc... to defer the guest back to them. They have signed national contract with our HQ, so our hands are tied at a local level, but that won't stop me from offering you clean rooms and friendly staff.

Just a place to sleep

The hotel smell like dogs because you can bring your pet the chair in our room had ripped upholstery had many problems with the air conditioning and due to the fact that was under renovation on several occasions that smell like oil based paint
