there is no room service. Bed was not made, bathroom not cleaned, towels not changed.
there are no dishes, etc, as advertised on-line. there isn't even a glass from which to take a drink of water.
there is no coffee maker.

Thank you for the feedback about your stay at our hotel. Please accept our most sincere apologies if you were not informed at check in regarding our housekeeping policy. Here at Extended Stay America, housekeeping is done on a weekly basis. However, we do have options of daily housekeeping or a refresh service for a small fee. As for our dishes, we have what is called customize your kitchen, so there is a tent card in your kitchen that lists what we can provide, you let us know what you would like and we bring it right to your room for you. I do hope that you will return to our hotel, or any other Extended Stay Hotels location in the future.
