Clean hotel close to many things. good value

Pros: Good value and clean facility.
Cons: Need to install at least one ice machine as refrigerators in suites do not have ice makers . They do have unfilled trays upon arrival.
Location: Good hotel many eating places nearby.
Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Grab and go breakfast not adequate compared to other hotels. Meant for stays longer than one nighters.

The manager is not a nice person and she makes me feel nervous

Adequate Room

Pros: Price
Cons: Coffee pot in room
We stayed for one night. Disappointed that no coffee pot in room and only coffee in the lobby during breakfast hours. Bed was on the hard side for us.

Stopped there for one night. Nice clean room but too noisy refrigerator and thermal unit. The room close to ours has a dog inside that was barking Everytime someone was passing on the aisle. Pillows were too soft or too hard. Had a bad sleep due to those. Good logistic position for activities downtown in Rockford.

Clean, inexpensive, a great overnight rest stop

Our room was clean and ready for us. It was late but the staff made sure we had everything we needed and helped us order food. We needed to extend the checkout time and was not a problem.

Very rude receptionist

I had just got out of the hospital and was in a lot of pain . Two young girls, which one was training , took more than 20 mins to check me in.

cheap and ok for a 12-hour stay

Not sure how others rated this hotel so highly. The staff was very kind and accommodating. It's just that the rooms are a bit run down. The mattress was hard as a rock. Kids slept on the pullout couch and normally never complain (can sleep anywhere). The mattress for the couch was so thin, you could feel all of the springs. Both kids were very uncomfortable. Still, we were only sleeping there for a few hours before getting back on the road, so the cost was nice. Next door to a strip joint...........Breakfast consists of coffee, packaged muffins, granola bars and oatmeal packets. No milk or OJ for kids. Again, clean enough and fine for a few hours, but definitely not a 4 start kind of place.
