A couple of things were not quite right

It's hard to rate this hotel. It was convenient to Pearl Lake, where I spent most of my time. It was easy to find. For the most part, it was nice. It had the largest pool I've ever seen at a hotel, and it went down to 8' deep. the workout area looked nice, and the hot tub was decent. Breakfast on Sunday was fine, the usual eggs, sausage and breakfast potatoes with the usual extras. But...there were two things wrong with it. I discovered that the toilet tank had no water in it. I even checked the water line valve and it was on. So I had to call the Desk to get that fixed. Luckily, I was running out for a few hours. When I got up on Sunday morning I went over to turn off the AC (cuz it wasn't on when I arrived on Saturday) and to open the curtains a bit, I discovered that the AC unit must have had a leak as the carpet was all wet over there. Lucky it was out of the way so it wasn't a bother. When I checked out, I told the desk clerk. Interestingly, she had a paper with a list of room numbers on it, and she added mine to the list. Not sure what that was about. I'll probably give them another chance, if I come this way again.
