Rented 3 rooms. Printout confirming our reservation indicated that each room had a deep soaking tub and a refrigerator in the room, among other amenities. However, none of the rooms were equipped with these. Pool water was cold. In one of the rooms, the window screen was ripped and the metal strip at the joint between the carpet and the bathroom floor was loose and had nails sticking up. Water pressure in the shower.....Hmm, what is water pressure? On the good side, the lady on the desk was nice, and the continental breakfast was good. The beds were comfortable.

We had a relaxing night at the hotel. The room was clean and neat and well-furnished. It is somewhat tight as far as space, but that is to be expected. Everything was in good working order. We had no problems. The manager was friendly and asked about our needs whenever we came through the lobby. He apologized for the possible inconvenience by workers putting in new carpeting in the hallway. But it wasn't really a problem.

Quality Inn Sycamore Ill

Pros: The staff !
Location: Very quite neighborhood. There were plenty of place to go eat & we had gotten recommendations from the staff.
The staff was EXTREMELY friendly (especially Larry). They went out of their to greet you, ask how your day was. My son was participating in a lifting competition Larry even asked me how my son did in the competition. Yes the hotel was under remodeling but it was not a big deal or interference in any way.

Great stay. Beds were comfortable. They are doing some remodeling so the breakfast area was a mess but it will be nice when finished. Cable tv was a disaster. Could not watch any channel without it digitizing or looking scrambled. Did not complain just turned it off. Rm #123.

Nice hotel for cost

They were renovating the hotel, but besides that the staff was incredibly accommodating, the rooms were well cleaned, breakfast was good- it was everything we expected.

close to Hyvee and other grocery stores

The guy at the front desk was kind and quick. He made us some hot water once we requested it in the evening. Room was OK. We saw a complementary small bottle of shampoo that had been halfly used! The bathtub was blocked. We didn't ask for change because we found out the problems after the shower. There are not many TV channels because we really wish that we could see TruTV!

Short but sweet stay

overall it was great. It was a short overnight stay for my kids swim meet the following morning. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. The breakfast was fantastic.
