nice and quiet hotel

Pros: Cleanliness, friendly staff, great location
Cons: Swimming pool was uncomfortably COLD. Same thing happened two years ago,when I stayed here. So cold you couldn't use it to exercise or relax.
Location: Easy navigation of streets. Lots of newer stores, restaurants etc.
Great place, clean ,comfortable, quiet and close to large selections of eating places. Streets easy to navigate.

budget hotel on way to Chicago

Pros: Continental breakfast was good as they had a good selection including a waffle maker. beds were comfortable & clean.
Cons: When we arrived we found out hot tub was under repair. Had we known that we would not have booked. so call first to be sure it is back to working
Location: Fast food was close & Culvers had a room key discount , other than that, we just stopped for the night & headed out in the morning. Nice country area
We booked based on lower price, pool, continental breakfast & hot tub. When we arrived we found out hot tub was under repair. Had we known that we would not have booked. So call first to be sure it is back to working. Continental breakfast was good as they had a good selection including a waffle maker! Beds were comfortable & clean.

Noisy halls

Old and rundown

Pros: Location
Cons: The hotel needs to be remodeled. Upgraded.
Location: Lots of shopping and restaurants close by, the location of the motel was decent.
For the price of the rooms a night, the place was old and in sorry shape. No exhaust fans in bathrooms. They didn't refill the toilet paper. The light over the vanity didn't work. The rooms were very small. My husband went down for the breakfast and they were out of coffee and he told someone. The hotel staff looked at him like he had a third head , and no one made the coffee.

quality inn

It was exactly what i thought it would be for the price. A decent place to stay for the money, i will be using them again when ever im in town.

Mediocre at best. Clean but old, and the walls are paper thin. I could hear every word being said in the hallways.

Very friendly staff

The hotel staff is small, but very friendly. The hotel manager (owner?) was very accommodating and nice about our request to stay in our room an hour or two past checkout time. My biggest complaints are that breakfast was only ok and the pool was kind of cold (we just took our toddlers swimming in the hot tub).

Nice place to stay

Nice quiet stay. Exterior needs updates - at least pull the weeds and put mulch down. Roof patch was obvious. Other than than that it was ok.

Don't Book Here

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Everything!
Dirty, smelled horrible, hair dryer in room didn't work, fridge barely worked, bed was not comfortable at all, walls so thin that you could hear EVERYTHING around you. Hot tub was lukewarm at best and front desk staff was rude when they closed up the pool/hot tub at 10 PM. Hotel was not worth even close to what we paid. I've stayed in Quality Inn locations before and never seen one like this. Would never recommend anyone staying here.
