We had a nearly impeccable experience during our stay at your establishment. The facilities were exceptional, with impeccably clean rooms and convenient accessibility to various amenities. However, the overall quality of our stay was marred by what appeared to be a lack of staff training. Upon my arrival on Saturday, there seemed to be an assumption that I was part of a group party taking place at the hotel. Despite my clear clarification that I was not associated with the party, the front desk attendant seemed slightly embarrassed and dismissed the misunderstanding.
Regrettably, I was assigned two rooms on the first floor. Considering the potential presence of numerous party guests on the same floor, I inquired about the possibility of a room change. The front desk attendant assured me that only two rooms were occupied by party guests, which turned out to be an outright falsehood. As a result, my family and I were repeatedly disturbed throughout the night, enduring loud noises, screaming, and slamming doors that persisted until 2am. Eventually, we were compelled to contact the front desk for assistance.
Had the front desk attendant been forthcoming about the actual situation and shown more empathy towards the well-being of her guests, this unfortunate ordeal could have been entirely avoided. I believe that improved training and a heightened sense of responsibility among the staff would greatly enhance the overall experience for future guests.
