Quiet stay

Comfy bed, friendly staff on a wintery crappy night. I was surprised to find my room really nice and warm. Thank you!

I would recommend taking your own hair dryer There isn’t one in the room My wife was very surprised as after showering nothing to dry hair

Thank you for sharing your guest experience. We do try to keep the prices down for all of our guests, so some of the extra amenities we do not put in all of our guest rooms. We do have hair dryers at the front desk for guests to use during their stay if needed. We hope you stay with us in the future.

Out in the cold

Due to extreme temperatures, my door lock was frozen and I had to wait till the staff had time to let me in. Apparently it was a known issue but, the hotel didn’t think it was a priority

We always put guest comfort as a priority but unfortunately we have not found a solution for the locks that seldom may freeze in weather that is below -10, but we are still vigorously working on a solution with the vendor of our locks. Terrible experience, hotel is in bad shape!

Pros: nothing
Cons: Hotel staff and a manager that was around to make decisions! Cleanliness...the exterior looks awful!
Location: Location was okay. Very close to restaurants and easy to get back on the interstate if driving through. I ended up finding another hotel nearby.
I booked a room pretty far in advance and saw that I could cancel it. I called the hotel within the proper time-frame to cancel and the front desk representative told me I had to go through Expedia. Expedia could not get in touch with the manager (I don't believe the manger was ever there whenever I tried calling either!) I ended up paying for a room I never stayed in. When I saw the condition of the hotel I was glad I cancelled the other 2 nights and I will never stay at another Red Roof Inn due to this experience. I am also really not impressed with the service provided by Expedia as well so I will probably NOT be booking hotels through Expedia in the future are well.

Very nice hotel

Room was really clean, check in and check out fast and easy. I was here 2 times so far and only complaint I could have is receptionist attitude. Girl was not rude but not the nicest person you'll ever meet neither. Anyhow I will use this hotel services again and would gladly recommend it to my friends.

Everything was excellent except the air was toooo dry,in the morning i couldnt swallow because my throat was too dry

Pleasant Stay

Pros: Clean room and comfortable beds. Lots of outlets for electronics.
Cons: Would prefer queen beds. Better signage to get from street into hotel parking lot ... had GPS but missed entrance on first drive by.
Check-in was fast and friendly; note had to scan driver's license. Clean room with adjustable temperature. Small bathroom included tub/shower & toilet (may have problem navigating into bathroom as door is very close to toilet); sink located outside bathroom. Double beds were comfortable. Had to ask for extra towel for son (front desk was very accommodating) as only two towels were in room upon arrival. Vending machines with drinks & snacks, ice machine and microwave located in separate room around corner from front desk office. Our room was on the second floor so needed to climb stairs with luggage ... we didn't mind as we preferred room on second floor but if you have mobility issues, you may want to request room on bottom floor.

Small rooms but very cozy and clean! Front staff took forever to help us, but overall a pretty good experience.

I like it cause it's quiet, it needed toilet paper

Ppl were nice. Good location, sink didn't drain tho and they didn't have toilet paper in here.
