I enjoyed my stay at Red Roof Inn. It would be nice if breakfast would be included.

Not good customer service.

Pros: Pet friendly
Cons: The manager could be a bit more customer friendly.
Location: You can go to funerals in any nearby towns easily from here.
There was so much salt on the sidewalk and parking lot, that our little dog got sick. So we cut our trip short, but didn't get checked out until 2:30pm. So even though they were able to rent the room to someone else, they refused to give us any kind of refund. My sister was in the room next to ours and she told us the room was occupied that night. They have a POLICY. So don't expect any compassion, or common sense.

We would like to apologize for any convenience. Hotels do have standard check out times(usually 11am or 12pm) and we do coordinate our clean teams based on those guidelines. We are flexible up to 2pm for our loyal redicard members, but unfortunately we cannot give late checkouts after that. We do hope you understand and do stay with us in the future.

Good value, great location

Room was nice, clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Easy access to I-90. Located near many restaurants and bars, a few within walking distance and stores close by as well.

Comfy beds. Great location near restaurants and stores was quiet. No coffee in room or fridge but coffee is in lobby. Real decent and great price for a night

Quiet stay

I would recommend taking your own hair dryer There isn’t one in the room My wife was very surprised as after showering nothing to dry hair

We do have hair dryers at the front desk for guests to use during their stay if needed. We hope you stay with us in the future.
