They knocked at 1130am and told to wait 3 times and still walked in very rude. Was half dressed. Will not stay here again

Smoky rooms and no maid service on 2 of 5 days

Cons: Maid service. They need to report smoky rooms. They should also clean rooms, and replace all provisions -- this should be automatic!
Upon checking in, the first "non-smoking" room was very smoky-smelling, so we had to ask for a new room. The new room was much less smoky, but it was still noticeable. On the first day, our room was not cleaned at all. We were told it would not happen again. But then it happened again 2 days later. We asked for and received some compensation. But most days, even when the room was cleaned, we never got more coffee for the coffee maker, even though the room was supposed to come with coffee. In short, we were very, very disappointed with the quality of the room cleaning staff.

No sleep all night

They allowed a trick to park next to the building with a engine running all night and no manager available to do anything about it

We do apologize if a guest had a truck that was running at night. In the cold months diesel vehicles must stay running due to the good chance they will not be able to start in the morning if they do not. We will always ask the guest to park the vehicle in another area of the parking lot if all possible though so everyone has a fair compromise to this dilemma. We are sorry your guest experience was not good this stay but we hope you stay with us again in the future and we assure you that your stay will be everything you expect and deserve.

Room is small in this no frill motel. But comfortable bed & very clean - perfect for a quick stop over.

No hot water for shower and toilet had to be flushed 2 or 3 times before it would go down. I would of at least liked a coffee maker in room.
