bad experience

Pros: nothing
Cons: everything
paid $160/night to be given a handicap room with no ammienties, the room was never cleaned after the first night. no bathtub,closet was waist high, light switch(1) was at knee heigth, wifi did not work. not really anything good to say

Pros: Near restaurants.
Cons: Lamps on nightstands, and two switches in bathroom.
Location: Location was fine
The room I was in was too small, toilet kept running after flushing, need a switch for light and a switch for when using the bathroom because there is only one switch and it makes up too much noise. Also, the bathroom was too small, and no lamps on night stands.

Reasonable

Looks a little run down from the outside but room was clean and comfortable. AC is clearly on it's last legs but got us through the night. Only stayed the one night while travelling through. The overnight staff at the front desk was extremely unhelpful. We arrived very late and after cleaning up from being on the road all day, we were hungry so asked at the front desk about anything within walking distance that might be open. Clueless is the best word to describe this person. She half heartedly tried to help but clearly didn't know anything about the immediate vicinity and was unconcerned about actually helping us. We ended up walking across the street, in the pouring rain, to ask the bartender where he'd recommend eating late night. FYI, Gerry's (literally the building behind the hotel) is open till 2am and makes delicious food. The cleaning staff the next morning however were very friendly and helpful! We had a roof bag to reposition and needed something to wipe the previous nights rain off the roof.

Good for quick trips

We stayed here one night while passing through the area. It's a good hotel for a quick stay. Bed was comfortable, hotel allowed for a late check in and bathroom was clean.

Never a follow up

Pros: We had a room. Suppose to have refrigerator and other items.
Cons: Meet our needs. Bring refrigerator to the room. We were there three nights and no concession to customer. The management does not care at all. No
Several rooms booked by people attending the local ball game. They blocked the lot with LAWN CHAIRS and coolers and other residents had to go around the building. Many kids running all night around the hallways. Told the front desk girl, she said she could not do anything and the police will not come to private property.
