Beautiful home with all of the amenities! Owners Deb and Nick are so welcoming and kind. Slept well and looking forward to a scrumptious breakfast!
We stayed two nights at this beautiful Inn, located right on the coast with great ocean views. The complimentary breakfast was tasty and plentiful. We did enjoy our stay, we were a little disappointed though that there was no maid service during our stay.
My family room was so comfortable, and the window overlooking the ocean was sublime!
Really enjoyed the place. Good location, walking distance from everything. We felt nicely welcomed by Nancy and had great time. Quiet area and comfortable for all four of us. Definitely a place to return for another vacation.
It was very clean, staff was accommodating when we requested a different room. Minor issue with tub as a disabled person, would feel safer if it were non-slip surface.
Lovely and clean .comfortable beds. Two small dissatisfactions...bathroom needs an extractor and it's unpleasant having a sink in the main room and not in the bathroom.
Loved this place. . First, the place is immaculate. Comfy, cozy, the bed is so comfortable. The ocean is across the street and visible from your dining table or the porch, or the lawn, take your pick. And the innkeeper is terrific. We went off season, it was very quiet, which was perfect for us. ...

Lovely couple running this place since 2002. Thank you so much, John and Tobey, for your warm welcome! Hope to come one day back.
Great views of the water! Enjoyed our stay, looking forward to staying here again this fall.
Randy was a fantastic host. He was very friendly, accomodating, helpful, and pleasant. The room was old but very clean and comfortable. The view from the balcony was great. We will definitely stay here again.
We have stayed at Rockport Inn and Suites many times in the past and always found it to be a wonderful expierence. The indoor pool keeps drawing us back during the cool weather months and closeness to beaches and activities is a plus during the warmer months. They are in the process of a re-do and ...
