Beautiful view - looks like the unit was just freshly redone - very clean. Bed very comfy - new Kurig was inoperable by these old idiots who have an old one at home but couldn't figure this one out...

Beautiful location on Glen Cove. Look out from your balcony towards North Haven Island and watch the tide come in. Very peaceful as well.

Paid for extra for the nice facility as advertised, but no amenities came with the stay. Advertised dinning and snack area. Upon arrival the front desk person said none of those amenities are available at this time of year. But advertised that those amenities were available. The bathroom fan was very noisy and did not remove any odors when used. Bathroom window was locked closed with no window crank to open window when needed.

I am sorry you did not enjoy your stay. Our dining area is closed it is open in busy season. Does not advertise a snack area because we do not have snack machines. I do hope you decide to try us again.

Great bed, wonderful view (even in the rain!) I especially liked the frosted window in the bathroom that worked as a nightlight. Nicest room I had on this trip. Nice to have great Indian food so close.

Loved the view! The carry-out Indian food available some days of the week was awesome and convenient, too. Bed was comfortable and the generous room had two chairs that we sat in to watch the sunrise. No frills but all the necessities. Highly recommend!

They're so many geese that you couldn't walk outside the droppings were on your shoes. Also pool needs to be upgraded and sprayed around for spiders and bugs. Breakfast was great rooms were okay. Service differ per person

The view was unique for those that had one. We did not. Very noisy both from thin walls and the road. You could hear what people next door were saying clearly. Could not walk anywhere from hotel due to busy road and location. Only a place to sleep and that's it from my perspective, definitely no extras.

First and foremost it was very clean! The breakfast supplies and location was very nice. And there was a good selection. The only suggestion I would make would be to get new comforters for the beds as they were stark and there was no cozy feeling. It seemed sterile. No charm… but clean! And pls remove the plastic on the mattress. It made for a sleepless night and pls add screens to the sliders. We had none and we like to have the sider open without bugs. I saw months ago that someone else complained of those same two things. But it was clean

We stayed in a room that didn’t have middle lamps so super dark. It was old and smelled pretty bad. I know they had signs, they were renovating but probably shouldn’t have people stay in those rooms until renovated. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was grab and go so very convenient.

The view was tremendous. There was a nice clan area for breakfast and the rooms seemed to be recently remodeled. There was a smell un our room that the maintanance staff immediately corrected.

Great ocean view rooms in recently renovated property. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast included was just ok - no eggs or meat available, however, there was a waffle station. Parking was available just outside the room, staff was friendly and helpful. Checkin and Checkout easy and quick.

Most of the building was in excellent condition with fresh paint and newer furnishings. The beds were comfortable. Our room and bathroom were nicely cleaned, however there was a mold smell in the bathroom. There was no visible mold, so I think it may have been in the bathroom heater. The breakfast was very nice. We especially enjoyed the homemade pumpkin bread. The view from our room was beautiful. There is a nice staircase giving access to the beach.

Upon arrival the greeting was non personable. No how was your trip here, glad you are with us, etc. Room was IKEA style. No wall decor. Electric fireplace did not work. Reported it to front desk and was told management wouldn’t fix it because part was unavailable. View from the balcony to the bay was obscured by trees..

We were mislead to think we would have a room with a view. Our room looks like a closet. Our room had a very small window with a view of a car park, dumpster and lap tanks. Is this a roadside motel?? The driveway is steep with bushes and hazardous to pull out on a busy roadway. Very disappointed in Expedia for the way we were mislead about this property.

Fabulous find
This was a really wonderful site for ending our Maine adventure. The view is even better than depicted. The continental breakfast (with waffle-maker) was fresh and delicious. Everything was clean and in great condition. A rare find!

We arrived at 9pm on a Friday night. The gentleman on duty was welcoming, but chatty… 1) The space: The room was average, king sized bed, mini fridge (on the floor). Electric heater, with no instructions. Room darkening shade, sliding glass door to the balcony. 2) The bathroom: Bathroom was spacious as this was a handicapped accessible room. The bathroom had “stuff” on the walls, noticeable as you exited, yet not sure how long it was there, as did the wall adjacent to the bathroom. The shower was amazing. Hot water, and great water pressure. 3) Sleeping: As I stated, king sized bed, with a sheet, a velour blanket, and a topper. For those who like a comforter, you are out of luck. Could have been for summer, but I like a little weight when it come to blankets, even in summer. 4) Breakfast: Underwhelming. I have low expectations on breakfast, but the gas station has better coffee. The OJ was…not orange. It was more of a brown color. The only thing I felt good about eating was the Wal-Mart yogurt. 5) Perhaps the worst thing of all was my wife has what looks like bed bug bites! She had symptoms early in the morning, and by 8pm, 10 hours after checking out, she had 6-7 welts, or bites on her back! The worst thing about it is wondering if we brought any home with us! This is a first for us! I usually don’t review if my stay is good/great, but I felt the need to do an honest review.
