Rooms are suitable and we have stayed here twice due to the location close to family. Breakfast is always satisfying-appreciate the fresh bagels!

Clean. The breakfast needs improving. The clock in the room showed the Wrong tome ( 1 hour 0ff). Our table in the breakfast area was VERY shaky - almost ready to fall. The place is clean and convenient, but it could use upkeep work.

The room was cool…once I got there…went straight to the bathroom and it was pee stains all over the toilet seat…I cleaned it up with some wipes..went to tell the front desk manager and he apologized for that and told me to call the manager on the following Monday…called him twice…no answer

Great location but for a recently renovated property, it leaves much to be desired. The decor is dated, the lobby furniture is room light shades are shredded, the window curtains and darkening shades are torn, and there were old blood? Stains on the carpet. Upon arrival, the fridge was filthy and there was old debris in the corners of the room, indicating poor cleaning. Breakfast was fine, but apparently they have mostly short stays, as they only provide room towel and cleaning services every 5 days. Will pay more for a better experience next time.

The hotel is very clean. Staff is friendly and accommodating and the hotel is in a good location. They also have a shuttle to and from JFK which is super convenient. The only 2 “not so great” things is the Wi-Fi which is extremely slow and the breakfast which is very minimal but neither of these 2 things would prevent me from staying again the next time I’m on Long Island.

When we got off the elevators both days there were dirty towels on the floor and a pail and mop. Very unpleasant to look at. Our room was never cleaned although we stayed for 2 nights.

Good hotel with friendly service. rooms were clean and comfortable. Plenty of free parking. Free breakfast but only until 9:30. It would be nice if you could still get coffee until 10 or 11. I was there for 4 nights with my sister. If you miss the housekeeping window you can ask for housekeeping and/or fresh towels.

Easy and reasonable
Stayed here for overnight trip before flying out of JFK again. Shuttle from airport was good and check in process easy. Breakfast is prepped so there’s minimal touching. Lobby area is nice and beds are comfortable - what more do you need?

Pleasantly surprised
My older sister and myself needed a comfortable, safe, not-too-expensive place to stay in NYC and this filled the bill. We found no other hotel that offered a shuttle to and from the airport and were comforted when we found many flight crews stayed there on JFK layovers. CJ at the front desk was so personable, friendly, and helpful. Long Island Railroad made it easy to get into Manhattan. I wish I had the need to stay there again. I may just make one up!

I would definitely stay again.
I stayed at Rockville Centre Hotel for 3 evenings while on business. I found the hotel to be clean, friendly, helpful and conveniently located. A good value as well.
