From the greeting to the goodbye, the staff was friendly and most helpful. Demarcus checked us in, and made us feel like family. Hotel is immaculately clean, and incredibly quiet. Breakfast included eggs, sausage, bisquits, sausage gravy, waffles, cereal, and assorted pastries. Will be staying here in the future!

Ease of booking online through Trivago/Expedia while traveling. I had mistakenly reserved a Handicap-accessible room, and the lady who checked us in at the desk saw that neither myself nor my husband were handicapped, and asked if I had intended to reserve a Handicap-accessible room, and I confirmed that I had not. She changed the reservation to a King-Sized room, which was VERY comfortable after a long day's travel on a busy holiday weekend!

Our room was very clean as was the bathroom. However the door looked like someone had broken in and broke the security lock. Door to bathroom was worn. Ceiling had water stains that someone had painted. Would not go back

Check in took almost one hour, employee didn’t properly locate the reservation even with an email confirmation provided. The place is run down, there was a hole behind our bed. Most employees didn’t look happy to be there and didn’t even interact with guests.

Carpet in the room as very dirty. The “remodeled” bathroom had no towel bars on which to hang wet towels. Dish TV channels list should be in every room without having to ask for it. Nearby restaurant list needs to be updated (some on the list have been closed and replaced). Worst of all..the coffee at breakfast was lukewarm! The bedding was luxurious and very comfortable!

The property should have notified us that the elevator was not operational and accordingly, we had to take the stairs to and from the room. Also, the outside is deceiving because it looks modern bit the interior is very beat up and worn out. Very disappointed!

I would like to note that your reservation does reflect our front desk representative did reach out to you appx 8 hours prior to your arrival to alert you to the fact our elevator was down for emergency repairs. It is noted that you stated you would call back if you wished to cancel. Since you did not, we were not aware that this was issue for you during your time of stay. We apologize for this inconvenience. We did make every effort to alert our guests by calling them personally and it was noted on our websites as well. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you and hope you will consider Choice Hotels for your future lodging needs.

Okay for a brief stay with earplugs
Room was large and comfortable. Unfortunately, walls are very thin, so woke up to baby crying one night and loud people another. Also, I think "Countryside View" is an overstatement for the view of semi trucks parked on a side street. Easy access to the highway, food, and other parts of Wilson. Pool outdoors and closed when I was there. Breakfast includes waffles, sausage/biscuits/gravy, cereals, pastries, some fruit. Police there one morning talking to a woman in the lobby who said she was robbed and assaulted.

Comfort Inn never disappoints!
Quiet, comfortable, and very friendly. The Mexican restaurant that was suggested was phenomenal for dinner. Extremely pleased for a great price!

Dirty roach hotel. Came in late this past Tuesday, all seemed fine initially, but when returning to the hotel on Wednesday, noticed 10 to 15 roaches in the room. Immediately went downstairs to the front to ask for a different room. Was assigned to a new room, brought up all my things, went in, and found the room was a smoking room already filled with another guest. One awkward interaction later, I am back downstairs asking for a third room. Would never recommend this place, absolutely filthy.

This does sound awful however it is not true of our hotel or of the other hotel across the street from us that you posted the exact review of as well.
