Clean hotel with friendly staff. Dated hotel in need of updating. While functional, bathroom fixtures very old with peeling enamel in sink. Rooms showing years of wear. Average breakfast.
Nicely updated 1910 "cottage." Comfortable, but wish had chair hieght toilet. Close to southern entrants to Rocky Mountain Nat'l Park. Good breakfast!!
My family of four enjoyed staying here. These are my comments Pros: excellent breakfast, nice staff, complimentary cookies after 4pm, clean room, nice room decor, convenient to local safeway market, walking distance of estes park marina, close to restaurants and downtown shopping center. Cons: swimming ...
We enjoyed our stay here - I was a little shocked at the amount of hair in the bathroom and some on a towel but other than those minor issues it was a very nice play to stay!
Nice and clean. Good view of the mountains and the people are friendly. They have homemade bread at breakfast.
We loved our stay. The pool and jakuzi were great and not used by many. The restaurant has great food, and one can reserve 1 of 4 balcony porches for dinner.
We got the rooms based on the pool and location. They both had microwaves and little frigs. We weren't expecting that. Good wifi, great pool/hot tub, A/C and the location being right near the light made getting through traffic much easier since some hotels are hard to turn against traffic. I would ...
We only stayed for one night, and would have liked to stay longer. The back facing the lake is quite charming. The room was nice and clean, and the staff was friendly.
Estes Park area is wonderful. The Stanley "Classic" rooms do not have AC. Although that may not be a big deal to some, the room I had was sweltering until the sun went down. No screens on the windows gave buzzing issues at night. Historic means old. Classic rooms need updating with bedding. For $300 ...
Hotel was very quiet and clean. We had a problem with the TV in our room, and a person from the front desk immediately came to our room and resolved the issue. The front desk staff also provided us with some good recommendations for dining establishments. I would definitely stay at this hotel ...
Wonderfull place, excellent hotel, very romantic, very quiet, very safe, the sound of the river passing nearby is amazing. Facilities are excellent staff are very friendly. Very clean. Highly recommended. Excellent internet
Our 2 bedroom condo was the perfect place to see and enjoy Estes Park. Close to the city yet away from the crowd. The view was memorable, the rooms pleasant and the facilities nice- kitchen was nicely furnished and bathrooms pleasant also.
Easy check in and check out. Location was perfect. Room was nice with fridge and microwave, which was nice. My only negative was the water pressure in the shower. It barely trickled out, and I was freezing during my shower as I was unable to stand under it. There was absolutely no way I could wash ...
Rooms were very nice and clean. Enjoyed all the little extras , such as DVD checkout, popcorn, and excellent service of the young man taking care of breakfast room. Very close to Lake Estes for lake activities or a stroll.
