Our room was very nice, comfy, clean and cozy. We enjoyed the hot tub and a wonderful little light and music show right about dark. It's a place I'll stay at again if I get the chance to go to Estes Park again.

Staff is very friendly and accomodating. We booked the wrong weekend on an app and the staff changed our date without any issues. Also close to the entrance of RMNP so it was very convenient to be in the park early to watch the sunrise. We will definitely be back!

A beautiful property set in one of most beautiful locations on planet earth. Super easy check in & check out. The staff was awesome! Very friendly & eager to accommodate. I travel a lot & The Inn on Fall River is probably the best place I ever stayed. We were there for 3 very incredible days/nights. I want thank everyone at the Inn on Fall River for amazing & memorable stay.

We were able to upgrade to an individual cabin for a small fee and it was absolutely worth it. Beautiful location on the river and quiet. We enjoyed the hot tub on deck and having a kitchen was convenient. Wish we could have stayed longer!

We absolutely loved this property! It was so cozy with the fireplace and the furnishings were a modern with a tad of rustic. A perfect stay!

We stayed in Black Bear cabin and had a lovely time. There was a grill, fire pit, and our own hot tub. We ordered a bundle of wood for only $8 and they brought it right to our door. They provided bathrobes and beach towels for the tub. Little extras in the kitchen as well, not just salt and pepper. There was coffee and some olive oil. The cabin itself is a bit dated, but I think that only adds to its charm.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was so relaxing and romantic next to the creek and nestled in the pine trees. The amenities were amazing including the room fireplaces, large jetted tubs, and hot tubs. The check in/check out process was so smooth being automated. I really didn't want to leave and would love to enjoy the property for longer next time. Thank you!

This is close to the entrance of of the Rocky Mountain National Park. We had a king room with a fire place. The room was big, with a couch. It had microwave and small refrigerator dishes for ordering and bringing meals back. The bed was very firm if you like that great a little to firm for us. I wanted to use the hot tub but a little too chilly but robes are supplied which was nice. Karrie was the one who checked us in she was so sweet and very helpful. Gave us restaurant suggestions places to see. This was a great get away for my husband and I.

The private hot tub on the deck of our cabin was amazing! The cabin was cozy and cute. The king size bed was not comfortable, the mattress sank in the center sending my husband rolling over on top of me during the night. Also, the exposed drain pipes in the kitchen and under the bathroom sink were an eyesore! Overall we had a good time!

The cabin we had you in is an ADA unit so it's designed for a wheelchair to be able to roll under the sinks, which is why the pipes are visible, but we'll look into ways to make this more visually appealing! We wanted ice, but the lid to the ice bucket was filled with stagnant, stinky water. We washed the rest of the bucket and went to the nearby building that had the ice machine. It was broken. No ice for us. Also, the door to the bathroom was wonky and didn’t fit the frame quite right.

We absolutely love this hotel and were pleasantly surprised how nice the rooms are for such a good price! We had a real fireplace and robes/slippers for the hot tub on the river. The staff was so nice & friendly, everything was updated and clean. We will definitely be back!
