Great place right on Fall RiverPosted Aug 26, 2015
Cons: Smaller bed was pretty uncomfortable, but the furniture and the other bed were GREAT.
Location: Lots to do - it's Estes Park...walking, hiking, fishing, just your typical Rocky Mountain National Park tourist type stuff.
Family of 6 enjoyed 6 full days here - kids love the river nearby with beautiful scenery and close access to walking/hiking, and just outside of Estes Park in case we needed anything.

Cozy room with characterPosted Aug 20, 2015
Pros: They were very accommodating
Cons: Maybe some room updates but if not it is still very cozy
Location: Rocky Mtn National Park!!!
Lovely little place right along the river! They were accommodating and even went and bought my boyfriend a fishing pole because all of theirs were rented out.

Relaxing on Fall RiverPosted Jun 18, 2015
Pros: Quiet location
Cons: Possibly make real kitchenettes in the rooms...
Location: Peaceful and quiet on the way to Rocky Mountain.
It was a nice room with a view overlooking Fall River and was wonderfully relaxing. My daughter really enjoyed being able to play. It was very accessible to Estes. We had plenty of room to spread out in the room. Thanks all.

A perfect mountain getawayPosted Jun 9, 2015
I was looking for someplace local for the weekend and booked The Inn on Fall River because it was among the least expensive options in Estes Park. What I found was one of the very most comfortable, clean, charming little inns ever! When I arrived I was disappointed my room faced the parking lot. Handy but not too scenic. BUT!! When I entered I discovered the large room had sliders on the opposite wall opening directly onto the river. A great deck with a table and chairs and a gas grill! My bargain-rate room had two queen beds, fridge, microwave, two comfy chairs, and a beautiful stone wood - burning fireplace. Great internet and tv, too. I could not have been more pleased.

Great Getaway!Posted May 15, 2015 on Hotels
We couldn't have been happier with our room location and enjoyed the river right off our balcony (left the slider door ajar so we could listen to the river at night). The room had all the amenities (refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, fireplace, gas grill, patio table) we needed and very comfortable. Staff was very friendly and it is close to downtown Estes Park. We will be back! Thank you!

Perfect Place for a Solo HikerPosted May 12, 2015 on Hotels
I just went to Estes Park for a few days to spend my days hiking in the mountains. I needed a fairly cheap hotel that was close to the park. The Inn on Fall River was no resort, no fancy luxury hotel. It was clean, simple, and perfect for someone wanting a nice room to come back to at the end of the night. My room had a small "kitchen" area that included a microwave, mini-fridge, and coffee maker. The area was perfect for making breakfasts and preparing my lunches and snacks for trail hiking. The room itself was a little chilly (first week in May) but quickly warmed up. The fireplace added a nice ambience for a cold early spring evening. Everything was comfortable, clean, and secure. As a solo woman traveller, I felt safe and comfortable here. My only regret is that I was unable to take advantage of the patio overlooking the Fall river due to the cold. I would definitely stay here again!

Very nice and cozyPosted May 11, 2015
Pros: The view and the patio.
Cons: Update the room design to be more modern.
Location: Stanley Horror Film Festival, Rocky Mountain National Park
Our room was right next to the river, the back door opened to a nice patio with a wonderful view of the river. There was also a firepit and chairs for relaxing in. The room was not modern but nice and had a fireplace.

Rockies WeekendPosted May 5, 2015 on Hotels
We came in for a family wedding, and this was perfect for us. We had a comfortable, clean room (not fancy) with a fireplace and a small patio overlooking scenic Fall River. The refrig and microwave came in handy, and Jessica was extremely friendly and helpful. The motel was full but we were not bothered with any noise.

Great overall motel/scenery! :)Posted Apr 28, 2015 on Hotels
Great location! Pretty scenery at motel and area, close to Estes Park & Rocky Mtn Natl Park! Good rate for what you get, quaint & small (no-thrills motel, but as long as it's clean & decent, we're happy!) We loved the fireplace!, little balcony, micro & refrig, very homey! :) Owner was friendly & helpful with area info. No ice was a con (said it was broken), parking was very tight/narrow (glad we had small car) but other than that, no criticisms. Overall, it was great & we appreciate the small, non-chain motels!!
