Above and beyond service
Posted Feb 20, 2017
To make a long story short, we flew into to Denver on February 13 and was supposed to get a rental car to go to Estes Park. My bank didn't allow me to use my debit card to get rental cars. Had to get a shuttle to Estes Park. Had no car to take my fiancée out for her birthday / Valentine's Day or go anywhere for that matter. Loretta and Bruce (the hotel managers) knew about our rental car issues and offered to help out. Bruce took us around town and showed us where the wildlife likes to hang out so we could get some good pictures, dropped us off at a nice local restaurant so me and my fiancée could enjoy a nice Birthday/Valentine's dinner, and even woke up before the crack of dawn to take us up to Rocky Mountain National Park so we could see the sunrise and gave us a nice little guided tour. Bruce definitely stepped up to salvage what started out as a nightmare trip for us, and definitely made a customer for life at Murphy's. I also feel as if I made some new friends for life. They left a lasting lifetime impression on me, and proved that good people do still exist out there in a time when it seems like everybody is so divided and opinionated. They went above and beyond what they had to do, and I will always be forever thankful for that.

Thank you for your review! Bruce and Loretta work hard to make guests stay an enjoyable one. There are things we can;t control and can only make the best of an undesirable situation. We are glad you got to see the scenery and hope to have you come back!
