“The location was great. Near the Philadelphia Art Museum and close to restaurants. But they had scant front desk service. And way too many high tech amenities which were frustrating to use. The hallways were not lit until you stepped into them. A little scary as there was a delay before they turned on. I’d go back if I were going to the Philadelphia Art museum but I’d stay at a more traditional hotel if I were visiting other historical sites.”

“Our group of three booked a two beds room at the hotel, but the hotel gave us a room with a king bed. At check-in, the front desk staff did not inform us of the error, so we had to go back downstairs with our luggage to find out why. The front desk staff told us that there were no twin rooms available (we had already paid in full when we made the reservation and don't understand why a room wasn't reserved). They then offered us a room with a sofa that could be unfolded into a bed. Since it was……

“Beautiful, large room wtih tasteful, thoughtfully-selected furniture and amenities. Location was excellent for visiting the historic landmarks. Media system in room was problematic and did not work over the 5-night visit. Efforts to fix it were unsuccessful.”
