Excellent, up-scale, self-contained resortPosted Oct 3, 2015
Pros: See above
Cons: Provide more activities in the spa (such as steam room, manicures, etc.) and staff more therapists during busy periods.
Location: Excellent location with direct access to a wonderful beach, but far away from Broome if you want to do any sight-seeing or pearl shopping.
Spent three relaxing, highly enjoyable days in an ocean-front villa, which was very comfortable, spacious and with excellent furnishings. A pleasure to be overlooking the beach -- cool breezes during the afternoon and pleasant evenings sitting on the veranda watching the stars and the ocean. Being captive to the restaurant there wasn't a problem because the chef was terrific -- delicious food with a wide variety on the menus. Daily yoga sessions coupled with morning walks on the beach made for good exercise. Only downside: we were too late for whale watching, which would have been fun, and there weren't enough massage therapists at the spa. This resort is quite isolated, which is OK if you want to relax and enjoy some of the local activities (such as fishing, walking on the beach, spa treatments), but not convenient if you want to do sight-seeing in Broome.

ParadisePosted Aug 18, 2015 on Wotif
Pros: Everything. The atmosphere is superb and the staff are superb. The setting is just magical and relaxing.
Location: Paddleboarding, kayaking, yoga, walks, beaches and swimming pool
Cannot speak highly enough of my stay here. From the moment you turn off the main road, it feels like a peaceful haven away from everything and is truly relaxing. From the beautiful beach, the range of activities so you can do as much or as little as you feel like, from the superb staff and the divine food, it is hard to fault this place. Magical. You won't want to leave.

Beautifull bay and area! The supplies in the tent were disappointing: No glasses and no cups... And the coffee making facilities in the BBQ areas were not there either. Price performance didn't match and it would have cost them so little to deliver as promised.

Lovely hotel on a stunning beachPosted Jul 20, 2015
Lovely hotel on a stunning beach. We stayed in an Eco Tent with an ocean view. The ocean view was more of a glimpse than a proper view - between other tents and through foliage which seemed the same for most ocean view tents...choose an ocean front one if you want a proper ocean view. The tent was a good size safari style tent with a comfortable bed, and was clean on arrival. They only clean the tents once a week though so it quickly got quite sandy. We also had 2 ant invasions during our stay of 4 days though these were quickly dealt with by the hotel. The main issue was the lack of hot water...it was luke warm which was horrible in the evenings having a shower since it was july. It seemed that this was a general problem as other guests were also complaining. No solution was found during our stay! The food was great...good portions and tasty. They dont change the menu though so if you stay more than 4 or 5 days it may get a bit boring! We stayed in July and the restaurant is completely open so take warm clothing as it got really cold during dinner and they only had 3 heaters for the whole restaurant (1 of which was only intermittently working). There is a BBQ and camp kitchen if you want to DIY for some meals. There is plenty to do at the hotel...we loved the bush walk to the caves, walking along the beach, kayaking ($20 per hr), and whale watching was a highlight ($60pp for 3h). The swimming pool was also stunning and i enjoyed a massage at the spa too.

Sensational break away from the busyness of lifePosted Jul 14, 2015 on Wotif
Pros: Natural surroundings, quality of food and drink provisions, staff friendliness
Cons: Perhaps not charge for use of kayaks etc, possibly a meal deal where all inclusive type package offered
Location: Didn't leave the resort
The natural environment here is the real highlight with some wonderful sunsets, rock formations, a beautiful one stretch of beach. The restaurant and staff were also fantastic. Would definitely go back. We stayed in a tent which aside from adjusting our usual night owl activities was fine (haven't done that before).

Very relaxing. Enjoyed my stay immensely.Posted May 27, 2015 on Wotif
I arrived and was lucky enough to go straight to my tent at 10.30. I lay down on my bed and fell asleep listening to the birds outside. Had a lovely lunch then big walk along the beach. Had a lovely dinner then sat around a camp fire with the stars overhead. Very relaxing stay.
