Great stay in Broome thank you. The outdoor area was dirty and full of sand but otherwise we had a beautiful time away thank you.

Thank you for your feedback. We are a beach resort and with strong winds debris does blow away and it is sometimes difficult to manage but we value your feedback and hope to welcome you in the near future.

Beach bliss

Posted Sep 10, 2016 on Hotels
This is an absolutely stunning location and I enjoyed staying in a tent by the lily pond. Highlights included beautiful sunrise and sunsets, blissful relaxation in a hammock on a pristine beach and morning yoga in an ocean view studio. It is a simple, relaxed laid back resort not suited to those who need every mod con or lots of hyper activities but if you are wanting to chill out in world class beach environ this is perfect. It would be good to have more daily specials and lighter cuisine with more fresh and light produce featuring in the restaurant as it can get a little uninspiring after several days.

Thank you for your kind feedback. Chef has come up with a bistro menu recently to offer lighter options. Have a lovely Christmas and all the best for the season.

Away from everything

Pros: The layout allowed the resort to blend into the environment. The villas & tents are set along a boardwalk and the facilities are unobtrusive.
Cons: The showers and faucets were clogged up with calcium deposits and the hot water was not very hot. There were not many vegetarian choices on the menu.
Location: The resort is set just off the beach, sitting in amongst the sand dunes and teaming with wildlife. The rainbow-coloured coastline is spectacular.
The resort is a wilderness retreat in a remote location. Every day something amazing happened, like dolphins jumping out of the water while we were watching the sunset, a whale with a calf coming so close to the beach we were worried about them beaching, eagles soaring above us every day. The resort offers free yoga classes and the location is just perfect for it. The food was fabulous, staff were relaxed and friendly and the scenery along the coast is just stunning.

Hi Martha Thank you for your great feedback. Apologies regarding the shower and faucets which has been highlighted to maintenance. During the low season, we endeavour to go through each Villa/Tent to ensure that everything is checked and in perfect condition ready for the season. Have a lovely Christmas and wishing you all the best for the season.

Great alternative hotel next to the beach

Posted Aug 8, 2016 on Wotif
We really enjoyed our stay at Eco Beach. The staff were really friendly and efficient. The facilities were great and the environment was outstanding. Also the guides for the whale watching and the fishing at Jacks Creek were knowledgable and friendly. Altogether an experience we will remember for the rest of our lives.

Hotel located right on the beach

Posted Jul 31, 2016
Pros: We stayed in a tent surrounded by trees - it was loveley, very quiet/peaceful and in the morning you can hear the birds and the sea. Great coffee/food
Cons: The BBQ area fridge and kettle should be working all the time, not sporadically when energy is available. Better tea making facilities in reception.
this section of the Kimberley coast is magnificent and the beach is pristine - no sign of civilisation anywhere to be seen (not even a banana peel)! the hotel pool and restaurant is fabulous, well planned and clean. There are a lot of activities to do so you can be as active or rested/pampered as you wish.

Disappointed

Posted Jul 29, 2016 on Hotels
Room 53 should not be classified as ocean view - disappointing - more like garden and car park view. Checkin process was intrusive and unnecessary. Some restaurant staff poorly trained which lets down the excellent food. Some younger staff were eating amongst, and partying well after, guests had gone to bed - 4am on one occasion. Completely inappropriate for the style and location of the resort. Also had to endure one staffers farewell party, and fallout gossip next day during hour long bus transfer. Overall very disappointed
