Quality stay
Fabulous hotel with super rooms. A bit tricky arriving as the entrance is on a main road, however, once you know the system. Parking limited and used to be free but now there is a nightly charge. Clean but bedding only changed after 3 nights. Free drinks in the fridge make a very nice touch.

Roermond is a must see
This was our 3 or 4th time staying at the Dux. We detoured our trip just to be able to stay there for a couple days. We love Roermond and have really enjoyed staying in the area.

Just a piece of advice, anyone staying at this hotel , please asked your bill before you depart , I try to ask for my bill after my trip back in Singapore but they don’t respond. I also try to contact Hotels.com and they told me that they will send the bill after 72 hours But nothing so far . What I am asking is for my parking fee and or some others tax . I have booked two rooms and I need to settle the account with my friend, room rate I have but not the parking and others .

Great hotel.
Had an amazing room with a large terrace and good views.Even had a television in the bathroom. Excellent friendly staff and a good breakfast. Very convenient for bars etc in Roermond .

Felt very comfortable in the rooms. Loved the speakers in the bathroom and slept well on the firm mattress. Free off-site parking was easy to find and close to the hotel. Breakfast was nice too. Would definitely come back. Location of hotel is very close to the outlet.

This was my best stay in Europe. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was very helpful. I will definitely stay here when I’m back in the area.

I have stayed in 65 hotels over the past two years, lots of them 5 star. Never have I a had such a good experience as this. My girlfriend and I stayed here for two nights in the record high-temp summer-days in July. Every thing was perfect, but what made the difference, was the exceptional professional smiling kind staff. They were always wearing the "yes hat". They go out of their way to make your stay a 5 star experience in a 4 star hotel. Thank you.

Beautiful room, lovely staff, great food. Thoroughly deserves great reviews. My husband has a wheelchair and we were able to get everywhere we needed to - staff happy to get out ramp for the front step which is the only placed it would have been needed. We managed with the step. Parking was off site in a secure and well organised car park. We wanted to stay another night but there was no availability - Bas helped us find alternative and when a cancellation came up for their second hotel in Roermond he helped us with the move, personally helping us with our bags, showing us into our new room. thank you!

The rooms are spacious and well equipped. The hotel is located in the beautiful town of Roermond. The breakfast every morning is very good.

We love the Dux. We have stayed here 3 or 4 separate times when we've been in the area and it's the best place. If I had one thing that seems not to be up to their usual standard, it would be the quality of the towels. They are not the best quality which seems unusual for the Dux.

Interesting boutique hotel
The hotel room was really spacious, bathroom was nicely divided by a sliding door. Double sinks, shower and WC separated by glass doors. Unique decor, clean wooden-type floors not covered by old smellie carpets. Mini bar was included - a rare pleasure!

Great little hotel right in town
Loved loved loved the Dux! Our room was spacious and quiet. They have all the comforts of home. The view of the canal was nice with sunsets. The local area was great. Lots of restaurants to choose from. The staff was awesome very friendly and helpful. The town was not close to our work but we liked it so much we went back for a second stay.

So much to say about Dux. We loved it. We stayed for 4 days the first time and week later when back in the area with stayed for another 3. The place is great!! If I had one complaint it would be the bed, it was too soft and I didn't sleep great. But, other than that we loved it. The people are super friendly, the area is great your right in the Centre so everything is close by. If we go back to the Netherlands we will stay there again. Our room was large and had a great view. The upstairs deck was nice as long as there weren't any smokers up there. The restaurant food was good too.

Marvellous hotel.
This is the 4th time we have stayed in this hotel and we will choose it the next time we visit Roermond. The reception, the friendliness, the standard of everything in the room, the restaurant staff are all exceptional.

Nice little hotel totally remodeled with attention to details. Restaurants and shops a step away. The only challenge is to find /get into the garage, but a funny experience too ( access thru a car elevator)

You Will Be Blown Away! Amazing Hotel!!!
Hotel Dux in Roermond is absolutely stunning! The hotel is situated along a canal and is nestled amongst a row of bars and restaurants, within walking distance to the city center of Roermond. The city itself is an amazing place, but the Hotel Dux makes me not even want to leave the hotel! It is extremely clean, very well appointed, and the staff is one of the friendliest and most accommodating I've ever seen, and I travel 250+ days a year. We didn't eat at the Brasserie, but did have some afternoon espresso and it was perfect. (Make sure you check out the rooftop terrace!)
