Not worth your stay!

Over all we had a negative stay throughout. The rooms were okay, and the cleanliness could have been better. The "manager" i spoke with was rude, would not listen to me, and gave my family (who was staying in the hotel) constant attitude. The hotel needs to better staff\train their establishments\employees. The hotel staff messed up our reservations and we ended up staying in a completely different hotel for part of our stay. They kicked us out of the room we were supposed to have (that we paid for), and toward the end of the stay kicked us out of the rooms altogether. None of the staff were pleasant or welcoming, and i am glad we chose another hotel to stay at. Very rude and unprofessional in all manners, we will be doing business elseware for future stays in rogers. Definitely not worth the money or hassle we went through.

No soap in bathroom. Empty Kleenex holder in bathroom. No ice dispenser on main floor.

Nice hotel,close to relatives.

Hotel and staff were good, helpful and courteous. Visiting relatives, so mainly needed clean comfortable place to stay.

Bad area to put a Hotel

The Hotel was great, clean and people were friendly, no complaints at all about the Hotel except where it was located. They had parking for about 40 cars at the most so I had to park at a different hotel which looked like It was in the Ghetto. I was scared all night my car would get broken into, luckily it wasn't.

Great understanding hotel.

I did not know my reservation was for the Microtel in Rogers. It was in the wrong city. I called Expedia and the hotel let me put the paid money over to the Microtel in the other city. I will continue staying at the Micro Hotels and working with Expedia.
