Close to my job interview

The hotel staff were very nice. The room was not inviting and not as clean as other Best Westerns I have stayed at. The breakfast did not have the quality other BW's have. It needs some real TLC makeover. I will never stay here again and I will tell everyone I know.

Cons: The price...I really felt that it was not worth the price.
It was adequate, but overpriced. There was nothing wrong with the hotel. It was fine, but not for what we paid. I expected quite a bit more for the price.

Okay except for the noise.

Pros: The rooms were clean and comfortable.
Cons: Do something about the noise from the utility/laundry room.
Location: The motel was reasonably close to a lot of amenities.
The room was okay but unfortunately, we were located close to the laundry facilities or a utility room where the noise from one of the machines was extremely loud. Of course, the noise happened extremely early in the morning. We were there one night and would have requested a change in rooms if we were there longer. Breakfast was okay.

Nice hotel that was in the area where I was having

Pros: Located right along the highway and was in short distance of restaurants and shopping.
Cons: None.
Location: I was in town for an event only for a couple of days, so I wasn't really interested in the touristy stuff, but it was nearby to the wine country.
The staff was friendly and courteous upon arrival and had the room ready. On the first floor which allowed easy access to parking.

Will never go back to this hotel again.

Pros: It offered breakfast.
Cons: Staff. The front desk was polite, but seemed helpless because the had to wait for the room to be available. (Check out is 12:00pm which means there was 6 hours to prepare the room.
We reserved this room at least two weeks in advance. We knew that check in was 3pm and we had an Dr appointment at 2:00. I called the hotel at 2:15 letting them know that we may have to check in a little late. The receptionist took my information and said that it would be alright to arrive a little late. We arrived at 4:00pm to be told that our room will not be ready untily 6:00pm. We had already traveled 4 hours and were exhausted. We checked back at 6pm and was told it would be another 10-15 minutes. When we did get into our room, there was kleenex under the bed and hair in the shower. I had to ask to be compinsated for the late check in which we did receive, but should have been offered without me asking.

Motel converted to hotel

Breakfast area is very, very, very, very small. And the hotel rooms can be quite far from it. I had to go to the lobby to eat. That's just unacceptable after you have paid $200+ per night.

Very disappointing

Cons: I expected a no-frills, basic motel. This would require actual thorough cleaning of the room and working lights.
For over $200 a night, this was a disappointment to say the least. It would have been a bad stay at less money but it's hard to believe they could charge so much. There was so much space between the door and the door frame that there was no way to block out the sound of the highway, or rather the sound of anything. I don't expect absolute quiet when staying at a motel by the highway, but still - this was extreme. To add to the ambience: The light in the bathroom was out. Random empty plastic bags were left around the room. Oh and a condom wrapper was left in the bathroom. Ug.

Ok, but...

Hotel staff was very nice and helpful. That's the only plus I can give. Room was dirty, blood drip on bathroom wall, sink filthy, etc.. "Full, hot breakfast" was technically hot and did offer more than standard "continental breakfast" fare, but the protein items were suspect...prefab egg frisbees, mystery meat sausage. Unsatisfying.

Traveled with kids. Area, hotel was terrible. In front of our room big bag of garbage was left. A lot of drunk and extremely rude people. Rooms are old. Would never stay there again.
