Overall excellent Oxford suite. But if you are a light sleeper, stay away from room 514. Above the room must be the roof HVAC SYSTEM. Too loud to sleep for light sleepers. Second time here and will keep coming back.

The staff was so nice! We had a great time at the Happy Hour! I believe the bartenders name was Erik. All the kitchen staff were so gracious and accommodating as well! We will stay here everytime we are in Santa Rosa!

The staff was amazing they even called when they found one AirPod in the room we were in offered a o ship it back. Very clean great pool and hot tub. The breakfast was great as well.

We were only there one night, but I've seldom had such a good experience at a hotel. Friendly staff, efficient service, clean rooms, great amenities with a small bar, bistro, vending machines, and more! Happy Hour(s) with a free drink voucher and breakfast included in the room rate. Overall, very welcoming and we'd gladly stay again!
