Great airport hotel

Very comfortable room.

Pros: Excellent staff, comfortable room
Cons: breakfast over-priced, so I only ate there once.
Location: Free shuttle from/to airport so this took the stress out of going to and from a hotel upon arrival.
I booked this hotel on a whim after seeing included the free shuttle. Glad I did. Staff was especially friendly, which was much appreciated after flight delays and lost luggage. Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was over-priced.

Nice clean hotel close to airports

I made a reservation 15 min before we arrived to the hotel through Expedia . A free shuttle delivered us to the hotel . Check in took 5 min. Hotel staffat thefton deskwas nice and friendly and they spoke English . The room was clean , beds comfortable , shower in the room was also clean and had all toiletries snd fan . We only stayed one night to wait for the connection flight . But it was a very pleasant stay! The free shuttle goes to the hotel and back to the airport every 20 min . The latest shuttle is at 1 pm and the earliest in the morning is 5:15 am. And it takes 20 min to get either way . WiFi is also free in each room. There is also able tv in the room . There USA restaurant at the hotel which opens at 5:30 am . We did not eat there since we did not have time . Overall , it was a very nice hotel !

Nice stay, for new year's eve before flying the next day. Airport shuttle stopping at the hotel door. Very convenient.

Hotel was not what I expected. Room had a slight smoke smell. Bathroom was old. Food was expensive for breakfast without an ala carte option. Pancakes were always cold.

Perfect for a connecting flight

We needed a hotel to spend the night before our next flight. It was perfect, the shuttle was free and the staff was very kind.

Pros: The shuttle service and the location which was in close proximity to the airport.
Cons: Maid service, buffet, equipment, and front desk coverage.
Location: There really wasn't anything nearby to do at this location. Any activity that you want to do required you to go to the airport to catch the train.
The buffet was not what you expected, it was more like a waterd down version of a continental breakfast. The food was cold, the water was lukewarm, the hard-boiled eggs were not cook in advance and you had to wait 15 or more minutes for the eggs to cook. The toaster to heat up the pancakes took in excess of 15 minutes and the pancakes still were not hot. Now for the lobby, the front desk was always short of staff; the computer was not fully functional and kept kicking me out and the printer did not work at all. As for the maid (the one who worked on 25-26 Non 2017), she was extremely rude and would raise her voice and waive her hand at you, and then she would walk off leaving you standing there wondering what we had done to upset her. It would appear to me that she did not like working for people or for the hotel. Perhaps she should consider working in a job that she really likes and not dealing with people at all.

Nice hôtel in Roissy

Pros: The staff is very pleasant. The room is spacious and clean. Very confortable bed. Well insulated room.
Cons: Last time I was kind of desapointed by the buffet. A bit too pricey for what it was but the waiter was very nice.
Location: The shuttle takes you to the terminal in 15 minutes and is always on time. The proximity to the terminal is a big plus.
I’ve been staying in that hotel a few times and was never desapointed.the staf
