A decent hotel for an overnight stay

Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff. Bed was super comfortable and a/c worked great
Cons: Supply an actual shuttle (navette) that is strictly for this hotel
Location: Roissy CDG airport
Close to Roissy CDG airport but not that easy to access. They claim to have a shuttle service but it's an airport bus that takes at least an hour with no room for large suitcases. Not convenient if you have a lot of luggage or a large group. Great breakfast but not included in room price.

Regarding the shuttle, it's a service that we pay for, and that is completely manager by the airport transportation services. I do agree with you the service has been sturggling lately. Hotel close walk to town.

Pros: Free shuttle to and from CDG nice.
Cons: Our bed was not very comfortable. We should have asked for another room.
Location: We enjoyed our walk through the town looking at the shops and buildings. Very nice.
Location was good and enjoyed the breakfast buffet.

Good crepes! Nice quiet stay before our flight To Atlanta !! Great margaritas at the bar and the breakfast was worthwhile! Super family friendly!

A Great Ending to a Great Trip

This hotel was a great way to end a great trip. Not only was the room clean and comfortable, but the staff was beyond kind. They were so welcoming, and even the staff that couldn't speak great English did their best to accommodate us. They have a restaurant in the hotel with a large, reasonably priced menu. Or if you'd rather go out, there is a sweet, serene town filled with restaurants nearby. The town was only a five minute walk through a little park made up of a family having picnic, two kids playing soccer, and a woman painting her surroundings. Being the last stop on my trip and just booking something close to the airport, I wasn't expecting something so cute. This hotel does have a shuttle to the airport that departs every thirty minutes or so. Very convenient. Lastly, after we missed our first flight, we took the shuttle back to this hotel, upset and frustrated. The same receptionist who checked us out was there and she was so sweet! She felt really bad for us and we even got our exact same room back at a lower rate than I originally booked it for! I love this hotel and will definitely be staying here again on my next trip.

Good morning Kat, I am sorry but this information is not accurate. No one in the hotel got personal information regarding our customers exept if it's registered in our PMS system. No one got any passport number, The only information we check on passport are the first and last name to be the same than the reservation. Like every other hotel in the world. Every employee sign a confidentiality agreement while signing the working contract, so those details are very important to our company. Convenient to CDG airport in Paris

While the staff was very friendly and courteous. The building facilities could use some updating. We had to take cold showers in the morning because something went wrong with their water heating system. Location to airport was another plus but overall I could not recommend s this hotel.

hotel near airport

Pros: It was close the CDG airport and had a shuttle.
Cons: Lots of improvements needed to make it somewhere I would go back to. Refer to the above comments for a start.
Location: It didn't look like there was anything around but hotels for the airport.
Several things just were not up to usual standards. I got put in the handicap room because they had no others. There was a pack and play set up in the room even though I had booked it for just me. The room had a bad smell, the mattress was all broken down in the area where I would assume a person in a wheelchair would sit to get in and out of bed. the shower was for handicapped but the soap was way up on the wall so don't know how a handicapped person could reach it. The exit light on the wall by the door was very bright and made it hard to sleep. The hairdryer was in the closet area but the door with the mirror needed to be open to use the hairdryer--so you didn't have access to the mirror. Food was ok but but very basic. It seemed like the French and American cultures were clashing badly and they just couldn't communicate to make a nice hotel, among other things that were wrong.
