Nice hotel close to CDG airport

Unfortunately, the AC wouldn’t cool the room and the window could only be open ajar and was on the street level.

It's fine for one night near the airport

We stayed here the night before an early flight. It is in s complex of airport hotels and has a free shuttle. Room was clean but the bed was super soft and the shower wouldn't drain. If you stay, give yourself at least 45 minutes to get from hotel to your terminal (especially Terminal 1).

Breakfast was okay, not great. Ambience is nice. Room was nice as well.

Room not clean and food was not good

Very good shuttle transportation from the airport great amenities at the lobby the hotel looks very new rooms where nice and clean

Everything was great except the shuttle to the airport. They gave us the schedule. We went down the lobby to catch the one leaving at 9:35 am. At 9:55 wasn't there. We ended going in a different shuttle from the hotel across the street.

The shuttle to the airport is totally managed by the airport transportation services, it includes the black line, the blue line, the gold one and the pink line (the one you took). They have been stuggling lately, and we (as hoteliers in Roissy) are working closely together, forwarding our customer's complaints to improve the quality and avoid those delays. You did great taking the pink line. This what I would have advised :) Anyway, I can understand the inconvenience, and sincerely sorry about it.
