Nice Hotel

We were looking for a hotel close to CDG airport with shuttle service. The hotel rooms were very nice, very clean, and the shuttle service was excellent, Great place to stay.

Pros: Close to airport
Cons: Rooms could be updated to look clean and fresh
For a Marriott it was not in good condition. Bathrooms needed to be painted, walls in room need to be painted. Floor chipping and overall looked old and run down inside. Very disappointing for our first trip to Paris.

After a long drive from Belgium to Paris, it was refreshing to have comfortable rooms and great hotel staff. Especially the bar the staff were fantastic.

Ease of transportation to the airport and the mall

Pros: Most of the staff were pleasant and very polite.
Cons: The attitude of the night shift front desk clerk.
Location: Located across the street from the cultural arts center. Bus stops across the street that is free to take you to the mall. Transportation to air port
The restaurant staff is very nice and knowledgeable about the wine selections and are very pleased to assist you in making the right choice. House keeping is efficient and pleasant. No difficulty in communicating with the staff as their command of the English language is good. I would visit Paris again and stay at this hotel.

Nice, expensive

Pros: Nice, clean, spacious room
Cons: Airport shuttle, willingness of staff to help
Location: CDG airport
We booked one night at this hotel just to take an early morning flight. I thought the hotel shuttle would pick you at the terminal but you have to walk, climb stairs, ride trains to reach the pick up point for the shuttle; take this in account if you are carrying heavy or lots of baggage. Next morning, no hotel shuttle to the airport; they start around 6am so we hve to pay 30 euros to be taken to the airport. Hotel is nice, staff is polite although not very helpful sometimes and the restaurant is good but very expensive. Good for business if you are traveling at company expense.

Peeling Paint in the bathroom

I have stayed in many Marriotts and this was one of my greatest disappointments. Peeling paint several places in the bathroom and the tub looked dirty, very outdated. Towels were low quality, rough. One tiny tiny shop to buy drinks and snacks. Food at the restaurant was very expensive. The staff was professional and kind. They may have mentioned that you have to put your key in a slot inside the elevator for it to work. Will be looking for a different airport hotel next time flying out of Paris.

Towels were old and I would expect free internet in our room . Bathroom needed a paint job , Rot or mold in some corners

Hotel was nice but no wifi was working. Thats suck

Staff was pleasant but wifi connection was out. And no one thought about fixing the wifi. French people has horrible customer service
